The space

This villa is located at Cap Cana Resort, a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, Juanillo Beach, which is just 4.3 miles away. You’ll find another great beach at Api Beach Club at the marina. This is a smaller beach situated in a cove by the mouth of the marina and the beach club has a swimming pool, restaurant & bar ($).

Cap Cana is also home to the best golf course in the Caribbean – Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean ($). This course is ranked #1 golf course in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine.

The property is conveniently located approx. 9.5 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive and you’ll arrive at the villa. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Punta Cana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Punta Cana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).

You’ll have a golf cart included in the villa rental, which you can use to get around inside the resort, go to the beach, the marina, restaurants, etc.

THE SPACE:

This spectacular 9.000 sq. ft. villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms has 2 levels and is located on hole 5 of the Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean).

The villa is probably one of the most stunning vacation rental villas available in this area and offers complete privacy and tranquility. The style of the villa is modern minimalist with a tropical flair, beautiful woodwork and traditional, Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roofs.

The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms and balcony/terrace. 3 bedrooms are located downstairs with walk-out to the garden and swimming pool area and 2 bedrooms (incl. the master bedroom) are located upstairs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV and ample closet space.

The roof of the villa is a traditional thatched palm leaf roof and most rooms have high, vaulted ceilings with wooden beams and palm leaf ceilings. The villa has a fabulous swimming pool with wading areas (perfect for children) & Jacuzzi, surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

The outdoor “palapa” (an open-sided deck with a roof) with sofas and dining table, overlooking the pool and garden, is made for entertaining and is a great place to relax.

Spend your days playing in the swimming pool, soaking up the sun on the deck or find a cooler spot in the shade. The outdoor palapa is the perfect place to enjoy casual lunches with your family and friends and to end the day with cozy dinners and cocktails.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The beautiful interior of the villa invites you to relax in style. The décor is like taken out of a magazine and every room is carefully and sophistically decorated in a neutral and soothing color palette. There is nothing in this villa that does not please the eye.

The large kitchen with island offers a good working space with all of the necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals during your vacation – but you don’t have to worry about cooking while you stay at this villa, because you’ll have a personal chef included in the rental (groceries are not included).

The spacious living- and dining room area has an elegant, formal sitting area with several sofas and a dining table that seats 10 persons comfortably. This room has large, sliding windows & doors that open up completely to the outdoor pool area and garden.

The TV room is a separate room with a sofa and flat-screen television.

Outside, you can enjoy a serene garden with your own, private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, lounge chairs and outdoor “palapa” (gazebo) that has a dining table and sofa area and is the perfect place to enjoy lunch and afternoon snacks and cocktails – poolside.

There are 3 bedrooms located downstairs. The first bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat-screen TV, walk-out to the garden/pool area and private bathroom.

The second bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-out to the garden/pool area and private bathroom.

The thirds bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat-screen TV, walk-out to the garden/pool area and private bathroom.

UPSTAIRS:

The master bedroom is a fantastic suite with a beautiful 4-poster king bed. The windows in this bedroom open up and give you access to a large, furnished balcony with impressive views. The master bathroom has a double vanity and both shower and a bathtub as well as a private, outdoor spa & relaxation area.

The second bedroom upstairs has 2 queen beds, flat-screen TV, a furnished balcony and a private bathroom with double vanity, indoor shower, and an outdoor shower.
