The Space

Downstairs

Step into a spacious great room that seamlessly extends to the pool area. This space, complete with a gazebo and bar, is your haven for relaxation. Experience cinematic moments in the air-conditioned TV room or lounge effortlessly in the grand living room.

Please note that the living room does not have air conditioning, but the temperature is usually fresh when opening the doors or letting the air conditioning flow from the TV room.

The expansive kitchen is equipped with top-tier amenities. You can cook or ask for a chef ($) and just lay back and relax.

The ground floor also houses a luxurious bedroom with a king bed, air-conditioning, TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom located on the ground/first floor (downstairs) of the villa.

Upstairs

Elevate your relaxation on the expansive balcony overlooking the mesmerizing pool and garden. This space is perfect for serene mornings or tranquil evenings. The upper floor has five opulent bedrooms, each crafted to offer comfort and privacy.

3 bedrooms each have a king bed, TV, air-conditioning, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. 2 bedrooms each have 2 full-sized beds, TV, air-conditioning, walk-in closet, and private bathroom.

Casa de Campo Resort Fee

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:

• Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
• Kids under 4 years old: FREE

The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and is never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members only golf course).
