The space
This incredible villa is 10,000 square feet. It has a Moroccan style and resembles something out of an old Hollywood movie. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. This is an amazing place to entertain indoors or relax on elegant white sofas and chairs. Off the living room is a large terrace with a ping pong table and lounge chairs.
The villa is decorated with precious 2-inch wood doors and Angelim floors, porcelain/coral/brick trim, Moroccan lamps, chandeliers, luxurious furniture and unique pieces of art. It seems like every room was picked from the cover of a magazine!
Off the living room is the TV/media room, a comfortable space with comfortable sofas, a projector and a screen. Close the curtains to make this your private cinema and bring the popcorn!
Spacious living room on the first floor
Walk through the picturesque arches to the Marrakech-style courtyard that opens onto a large, resort-style infinity pool with a large island Jacuzzi and a peninsula gazebo. This is one of the most impressive pools you will ever find in a villa!
Around the patio you will find a variety of additional seating areas, both indoor and outdoor. The dining room invites you to enjoy your meal in a formal and stylish setting, or you can enjoy your meal in one of the outdoor dining areas for a more relaxed atmosphere.
There is also a covered outdoor balcony overlooking the upper floor that functions as an entertainment space and features a TV, chess table, pool table, card table and a small collection of books.

The spacious kitchen features a crescent-shaped island and Viking appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up delicious meals during your vacation – and the villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to (food and drinks are not included).
The villa has a separate fitness room with cardio equipment and weights for when you need to burn a few calories. If you prefer to exercise outside, the villa has spacious green lawns at the front of the house and in the backyard overlooking the famous Teeth of the Dog Golf Course.
The outdoor gazebo located next to the pool is a great place to relax, watch TV, enjoy a meal, or perhaps enjoy a massage ($). And if you’re looking for the perfect place to hide away during the day or watch the stars at night, the villa has a secret rooftop terrace with tables and chairs.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 6 large bedrooms, including 2 master suites. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The villa has a total of 7 beds (5 king-size beds and 2 queen-size beds) for 14 people.
- Bedroom 1 (downstairs): Master suite with 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, 2 red love seats, minibar with mini fridge, TV, closet and en suite bathroom with shower and heart-shaped bathtub.
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs) with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, 2 love seats, closet, en suite bathroom with 2 showers and bathtub, and a small terrace with table and chairs.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, love seat, TV, closet, dresser, mini fridge and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) features 1 king bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, dresser, table and chairs, mini fridge, small terrace and en suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs): 2nd master suite features 1 king bed, air conditioning, desk and chair, TV, closet, mini fridge and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Bedroom 6 (upstairs) features 1 king bed, air conditioning, large leather lounge chairs and ottoman, TV, daybed, closet, en suite bathroom with shower and private balcony with table, chairs and outdoor bathtub.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the villa (food and drinks are not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- Spanish-speaking maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa

Casa de Campo Resort fee
Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:
- Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
- Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
- Children 0-4 – free.

Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.

This perfect villa is located at Casa de Campo Resort. It is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully styled village of Altos de Chavon.
Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.
Since it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide. The resort features a unique array of amenities, including:

Getting around
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 2 golf carts, which you can use to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!
Dye Fore Golf Course of Casa de Campo
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Mercedes 350 or Limousine). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
