The space
This is a 3-story villa with 8 bedrooms, 8 1/2 bathrooms, a private pool and Jacuzzi, and plenty of indoor outdoor space with plant and water features that flow together seamlessly. The villa features a large backyard with tall palm trees that overlook the Dye Fore Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea.
This villa has an open floor plan with beautiful decor and unique design. The villa is tropical, modern and stylish and allows the warm Caribbean breeze to flow throughout the property.
The villa has a bright and very practical interior
Modern furniture, decor and luxurious stone/coral/wood finishes give the interior a very stylish interior. Light colors, high ceilings and plenty of indoor/outdoor water features as well as small green oases give this villa a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It is a great place to spend time with family and friends.
The garden is full of greenery and if you are traveling with children, it is a great place to play. There is plenty of space, plus a playground with swings, a slide, climbers, a tree house, and more – so get ready for some fun!
The spacious living room has a TV and air conditioning for family fun. The family room opens to a covered terrace overlooking the ocean and opens to the outside deck and pool.

The formal dining room seats 16 and features air conditioning, double-height ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. It is the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer a more casual dining experience, you can eat outside on the covered terrace.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and commercial restaurant equipment, and your villa rental includes a chef who will prepare your daily meals in the villa (groceries not included), so you have one less thing to worry about during your vacation.
Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool or garden. Enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area overlooking the lawn and take a nap on the comfortable sofas on the terrace. This is your own private oasis.
A great and spacious place in the villa for watching a movie with a large group
Pop some popcorn and enjoy movie nights in the villa’s private home theater with a 120-inch large screen and surround sound. Kids will love hanging out here and watching cartoons/movies.

The villa has 8 large bedrooms including 3 master bedrooms on the main floor! The bedrooms are spread over 3 different floors. 3 king beds, 10 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 full bed + 1 bunk bed.
- Bedroom 1: 1st master bedroom (main floor) with 1 king bed, single pullout bed, closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, en-suite bathroom and a small terrace located above the pond overlooking the pool and grounds.
- Bedroom 2: The second master bedroom (main floor) has 1 king bed, a single pull-out bed, a closet, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, an en suite bathroom, and a small terrace located over the pond with views of the pool and grounds.
- Bedroom 3: The third master bedroom (main floor) has 1 king bed, a single pull-out bed, a closet, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, an en suite bathroom, and a small terrace located over the pond with views of the pool and grounds.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) has 2 queen beds, a closet, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, and an en suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) has 2 queen beds, a closet, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, and an en suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 6 (upstairs) has 2 queen beds, a closet, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, and an en suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 7 (downstairs) has 2 queen size beds, 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and en suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 8 (downstairs) has 2 queen size beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and en suite bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the villa (food and drinks are not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- Spanish-speaking maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa

Casa de Campo Resort fee
Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:
- Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
- Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
- Children 0-4 – free.

- Dye Fore Golf Course (27-hole Pete Dye Course)

Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.

Getting around
When you stay at the villa, you can rent a golf cart to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!
Dye Fore Golf Course of Casa de Campo
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Mercedes 350 or Limousine). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.

we rented the villa for a group and we had the best 4 days that we could ask. The concierge service was immaculate, the staff (Alexis, Wanda, Fior and Waleska) were simply amazing. the food was authentic and incredible. 10/10 stay, highly recommended.
