Location

This villa is in the posh Las Palmas area at Casa de Campo Resort – a sprawling, secure community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security and its own airport. Villa is about 1.3 miles from the beach and a mile from the marina.

It has a super private backyard with awesome views of the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. You’ll enjoy views of the golf course, and on clear days, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean in the distance.

It’s right in the middle of everything, so you can easily check out all the amenities of Casa de Campo, like Minitas Beach, the hotel, the marina shops and restaurants, and the cute Altos de Chavon village. To explore the resort, you can easily rent golf touring carts, allowing you to enjoy every corner of Casa de Campo at your leisure.

The Space

Main Floor

On the villa’s main floor, there’s a beautiful dining room and a spacious family entertainment living room with a TV/DVD player, iPod dock radio, and AC. The family room opens to a covered terrace with ocean views and leads to the outdoor deck and pool area.

You’ll also find three master bedrooms on this floor, each with king-sized beds, single pull-out beds, AC, ceiling fans, TVs, and private bathrooms. Each master bedroom has a small terrace overlooking a serene pond and a swimming pool.

For dining, there’s an indoor dining room that seats up to 16 guests. It’s air-conditioned with high ceilings and elegant chandeliers, perfect for formal dinners. Or, you can opt for a more relaxed dining experience on the covered terrace.

The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and professional-grade appliances.

Upstairs

Upstairs, you’ll discover 3 spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two queen-sized beds, ample closet space, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a private bathroom.

In addition to the bedrooms, upstairs offers a comfortable sitting area featuring custom-made sofa beds. This inviting space provides the perfect escape for a leisurely read or a quick rejuvenating nap.

Downstairs

Exploring this floor, you’ll discover the last two bedrooms and a cozy private home theater. The theater features a spacious 120-inch big screen and immersive surround sound for an enjoyable movie experience. As for the bedrooms, one is equipped with two queen beds, and the other is a generously sized room with two queen beds and two twin beds.

Casa de Campo Resort Fee

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:

• Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 12 per person per night
• Kids under 4 years old: FREE

The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and are never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee, and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members-only golf course).
