• Living Spaces: Bright and spacious, the living area features marine-inspired décor, multiple seating areas, a TV zone, and a dining area that seats 10—perfect for lively dinner gatherings.
• Bedrooms: The villa includes 5 elegantly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and television. The bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements: one with a king-size bed, three with two full-size beds each, and one with two twin beds.
• Kitchens: The villa boasts two fully-equipped kitchens to meet all your culinary needs. Other amenities include a washing machine, dryer, and essential household appliances.
• Additional Amenities: Guests can access parking and a golf cart for convenient travel within the resort.

Outdoor Features:

• Recreation Areas: Set on a 2,000 square meter plot with 650 square meters of built area, the villa’s extensive outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Features include a billiards table for adults, a trampoline, and games for children.
• Relaxation Zones: The outdoor area is equipped with a large sundeck, sun loungers, a spacious swimming pool, a heated jacuzzi, a gazebo, and a BBQ area with various seating options for socializing and dining.

Villa Staff:

• A chef is on hand to prepare meals (guests are responsible for providing groceries).
• A bartender and maid service are available to provide personalized drink services and maintain cleanliness.

Additional Services:

A dedicated manager will assist with all your needs from booking to departure, helping arrange transportation, excursions, and other services to ensure a remarkable stay in the Dominican Republic.

Casa de Campo Resort Fee:

The rental price does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, payable upon arrival:

• Adults over 12 years: $25 per person, per night
• Children aged 4-12: $15 per person, per night
• Children under 4: Free

This fee grants access to Casa de Campo Resort’s extensive facilities and amenities, including:

• Three Pete Dye-designed golf courses (excluding the private La Romana Country Club)
• Fitness center
• Tennis courts
• Restaurants and bars (additional charges apply for food and beverages)
• Use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area and Minitas Beach
• Altos de Chavon (additional charges may apply)

Note that food and beverages at the resort are an additional cost and must be paid directly to the bar or restaurant. All sports activities and use of certain facilities may incur additional fees, and access may be restricted during private events, maintenance, etc.

Upon arrival, we kindly request a $500 cash security deposit from our guests. This deposit will be returned on the day of check-out.

If you’re staying in Cap Cana, a rental car may not be necessary. However, if you decide to rent one, rest assured that it is safe to drive around town independently. Just stay alert and be ready for unexpected traffic situations, as local adherence to traffic rules can vary.
