If you’re staying in Cap Cana, you might not need to rent a car. However, if you do decide to rent one, rest assured that it’s perfectly safe to drive around town on your own. Just stay alert and be prepared for anything in traffic. Keep in mind that normal traffic rules and laws are in place, even if they’re not always followed by the locals.
