This bright and spacious modern villa spans 2 levels, seamlessly blending tropical and modern design elements. Nestled in the picturesque area of Las Cañas, within Casa de Campo, it offers a luxurious retreat for guests.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a wooden and glass-decked pool at the front entrance, setting the tone for the stunning design within. The expansive living area, bathed in natural light, invites relaxation with its ample seating and meticulous attention to interior details.

Step outside to discover a sprawling backyard oasis, complete with a large terrace, adult and children’s pools, sun loungers, and lush greenery, creating an idyllic setting for your stay. A gazebo beckons with its outdoor dining area and BBQ, perfect for leisurely meals with loved ones. Additionally, an outdoor jacuzzi with a heater awaits, providing a serene spot to soak up the sun and natural beauty of the Dominican Republic.

The villa boasts 4 bedrooms: one with a king bed, sauna, and jacuzzi, another with a king bed and jacuzzi, one with two queen beds, and one with a full bed and a bunk bed with two twin beds, ideal for families. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs and ample closet space. All bedrooms feature private bathrooms, with an additional guest bathroom and toilet provided.

A well-equipped, modern kitchen caters to culinary enthusiasts, while chef service is included for those who prefer to relax. (Groceries not included.)

Indoor dining for up to 10 people is available in the dining room downstairs, complemented by a flat-screen TV for entertaining evenings. For your convenience, internet, electricity, and a laundry room are provided. On-site parking is available for two covered spaces, and a golf cart is included for easy transportation around the resort. The villa is just a 5-minute golf cart ride from the beach and one minute from tennis courts.

Your stay includes the services of a chef to prepare meals (groceries not included) and a maid for cleanliness and comfort.

From the moment you book, our manager will be on hand to assist with any queries and can arrange transportation, excursions, and other services to ensure an unforgettable vacation in the Dominican Republic.

If you’re staying in Cap Cana, you might not really need a rental car. However, should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!

If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Chevrolet Tahoe). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
