Enjoy 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, relax in the pool, on the lounge chairs and in the gazebo with barbecue. Pamper yourself in the sauna and heated Jacuzzi. Chef and maid services are included in your stay. Plus, take advantage of the complimentary golf cart to explore the resort.
The space
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a wooden and glass pool at the main entrance, setting the tone for the stunning design inside. The spacious living room, flooded with natural light, invites you to relax with ample seating and meticulous attention to detail.
A well-equipped modern kitchen is suitable for culinary enthusiasts, while a chef’s service is included for those who prefer to relax. (Grocery not included.)

A dining area for up to 10 people is available in the downstairs dining room, complete with a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Internet, electricity and laundry facilities are provided for your convenience.

A gazebo with an outdoor dining area and barbecue is perfect for a leisurely meal with loved ones. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi with heater where you can enjoy the sun and the natural beauty of the Dominican Republic.
There is two covered parking spaces on site, and a golf cart for easy transportation around the resort. The villa is just a 5-minute golf cart ride from the beach and one minute from the tennis courts.
The bedrooms
This villa features 4 well-appointed bedrooms with 7 beds for 10 guests. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed, one has two queen-size beds and the last has one single bed and one bunk bed.
- Bedroom 1: one king-size bed, sauna and Jacuzzi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, separate bathroom with an additional guest bathroom and toilet.
- Bedroom 2: One king-size bed, Jacuzzi, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, separate bathroom with additional guest bathroom and toilet.
- Bedroom 3: Two queen-size beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, separate bathroom with additional guest bathroom and toilet.
- Bedroom 4: One single bed and one bunk bed, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, separate bathroom with additional guest bathroom and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (food and drinks are not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- Spanish-speaking maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)

Casa de Campo Resort fee
Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:
- Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
- Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
- Children 0-4 – free.
The resort fee gives you access to the following Casa de Campo Resort amenities:
- Altos de Chavon Mediterranean Village
- Dye Fore Golf Course (27-hole Pete Dye Course)
- Equestrian Center and Polo (lessons available)
- Hotel Fitness Center
- Hotel Pool Area
- The Links Golf Course (18-hole Pete Dye Course)

- Minitas Beach Club
- Racquet Center with tennis, paddle and pickleball

Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.
A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. No outside guests. A security deposit of $500 US in cash is required during check-in, which will be returned on the check-out day.
Neighborhood
This perfect villa is located at Casa de Campo Resort. It is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully styled village of Altos de Chavon.
Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

Getting around
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 1 golf cart, which you can use to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!
Dye Fore Golf Course of Casa de Campo
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Mercedes 350 or Limousine). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
