This ultra new 6 bedroom mansion has an ocean view, jacuzzi for up to 12 people, private gourmet chef, butler & maid. You will have access to the most exclusive private beach club in the Dominican Republic, and you can use the beach & pool facilities at your convenience (free of charge).
The space
When you stay at this fantastic villa you’ll have a range of exclusive 5-star services at your fingertips and access to some of the best facilities in the Caribbean, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course (Punta Espada), gorgeous white-sandy beaches, tennis courts, equestrian center, a marina, restaurants & bars and so much more.

This is a stunning 6-bedroom contemporary villa built in 2 levels. The villa has a spacious outdoor area with a furnished (covered) terrace, semi-Olympic swimming pool (180m2 / 1938 sq. ft.), a Jacuzzi big enough for 12 persons (20 m2 / 215 sq. ft.), outdoor shower, outdoor BBQ grill area and a large pool deck with sunbeds – perfect for those lazy, sunny days when you just want to relax by the swimming pool and soak up the sun.
The expansive interior has a clean and modern feel and is kept in a contemporary style with simple and minimal decor with furniture in white and neutral colors combined with a few touches of Caribbean style, colors, and charm. This villa is a place where you’ll feel very relaxed and comfortable.
The outdoor area of the villa is probably where you will spend most of your time. There are 2 spacious covered terraces by the swimming pool – one has a nice dining table that seats 12 persons. The other terrace is where you’ll be lounging in comfortable furniture, watching TV, or maybe even enjoying a friendly game of pool.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Downstairs
When you walk through the front entrance, you’ll be met with an impressive view of the swimming pool, which is designed to look as if it goes straight into the villa.
On your right of the lobby area, you’ll find the living room, bar, guest bathroom, the stairs to the 2nd floor, and one bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and terrace with garden views. From the living room are, you can access the swimming pool area, outdoor lounge, and garden.
On your left side of the lobby area, you have the formal (indoor) dining room with a beautiful dining table for 12 persons. From the dining area, you’ll have access to the outdoor terrace and outdoor dining area with BBQ.
The open kitchen has an island with a cooktop and plenty of countertop space and a large pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals during your vacation AND the villa does include a chef who will prepare all of your delicious meals to be enjoyed at the villa during your vacation (food & beverages are not included). Right behind the kitchen, you’ll find the laundry- and staff area.
The spacious living room with an impressive double-height ceiling has a comfortable sofa sitting area with a large flat-screen TV. Right next to the living room is a bar (beverages are not included). From the living room, you have access to the terrace which has a second living area with sofas, TV, and also a pool table.
One bedroom (49 m2 / 527 sq. ft.) is located downstairs and has one king bed, air-condition, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and shower, and access to a terrace with a view of the garden and golf course.
Upstairs
Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining 5 bedrooms – all with king beds.
This new modern villa at Cap Cana has 1 impressive master suite (70 m2 / 753 sq. ft., excl. the balcony) with a king bed, living room area, air-condition, TV, large walk-in closet, and a furnished balcony with a view of the Punta Espada golf course. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks), shower, and bathtub.
Bedroom 3 (64 m2 / 689 sq. ft.) and bedroom 4 (66 m2 / 710 sq. ft.) have air condition, TV, a large walk-in closet, and a furnished balcony with a view of the Punta Espada golf course. Both of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and a shower. Bedroom 4 also has a bathtub in the bathroom.
Bedroom 5 (38 m2 / 409 sq. ft.) and bedroom 6 (36 m2 / 388 sq. ft.) have air condition, TV, large closets, and a furnished balcony. Both of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with double vanity (2 sinks) and a shower. Both of these bedrooms have ocean views from the balcony!
Guest access
This private villa is just for you
You will have access to the Eden Roc Beach Club with a large lagoon-style swimming pool, sunbeds, the pristine beach nestled in a charming cove, bars, and 1st class restaurants. Food & drinks are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club (at an extra charge)
Access to facilities at Cap Cana (at extra charge), including Juanillo Beach, Api Beach Club, the marina, Golden Bear Lodge tennis center, paddle tennis courts, Power-Fit Studio gym, eco trails, Punta Espada golf course, Los Establos equestrian center, Sanctuary Town and plenty of restaurants & bars located throughout the resort. Additional fees apply for the use of all facilities and advance reservations may be necessary (at extra charge).
Other things to note
Villa staff
When you stay at our villa, you’ll have a personal chef, a butler, and a maid included. Your chef will prepare all meals to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The butler will assist you and the staff around the villa, serve drinks & food, etc. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The villa staff lives on the property in their own staff rooms next to the kitchen.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.

Neighborhood
The villa is located approx. 0.3 miles from the golf clubhouse at Punta Espada.
Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with a 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean including Juanillo Beach.
Getting around
When you stay at this Modern Villa, you’ll have access to the Eden Roc Caleton Beach Club, located approx. 700 yards from the villa. This beach club belongs to the Eden Roc at Cap Cana boutique hotel, a Relais & Chateaux property, and is by far the most exclusive beach club in the Dominican Republic! Here, you can enjoy a large lagoon-style swimming pool, sunbeds, the pristine beach nestled in a charming cove, bars, and 1st class restaurants (paid additionally).
You’ll find another great beach at Api Beach Club at the marina. This is a smaller beach situated in a cove by the mouth of the marina and the beach club has a swimming pool, restaurant & bar (paid additionally).
Cap Cana is also home to the best golf course in the Caribbean – Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course with 9 holes playing along the ocean (paid additionally). This course is ranked #1 golf course in the Caribbean by GolfWeek Magazine.
The property is conveniently located approx. 9 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive and you’ll arrive at the Villa. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service (paid additionally).
To get around inside Cap Cana resort, the villa rental includes a golf touring cart.

I can't say enough about this property, and the AMAZING staff that came with it. I went down with 10 girlfriends to celebrate my 50th birthday and I couldn't have dreamed for a better villa and experience. service and food was TOP notch. Our butler Luis was exceptional and took it all to a different level. So caring, proactive and such a sweet gentleman went above & beyond for us, whatever we wanted and then some. and same for our very talented Chef, Ramon...most delicious & fresh food- way above our expectations. Alix, our villa manager was so on point and answered to any of our questions/requests immediately! I stayed at the hotel Eden Roc last time I visited, and the service & food couldn't hold a candle to this. Not to mention the grounds/outdoor living space was the best. So communal for gathering, and made it so much more fun for a group than being in separate hotel rooms. we ALL want to go back next year and would recommend this villa to all. and thanks to Anders for having us:)

First let me start off by saying this house was worth every penny, at the last minute 2 of my guest caught COVID and the concierge and villa manager helped me change my reservations etc. They were very helpful with suggestions and even helped me decorate for my birthday dinner. Whatever we needed the in house and out of house staff provided. The pictures do no justice to this amazing home and it is very well kept.

Great location for Golfers looking for top courses in Caribbean islands. Accommodation is provided with a Chef, Butler and a helper. They took care of cooking per our request (we only paid for material). Great music and entertainment equipment along with Pool table etc., Awesome place, going to be our destination every year. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN CAP CANA!!! We loved staying at Las Palmas 77! The villa is huge and everything is so beautiful. All the bedrooms are spacious and have a great view, and the rain showers in the bathrooms are so amazing!! Our favorite place in the villa was definitely the outdoor area with two large terraces and the biggest swimming pool ever. This pool is like a resort pool…AND has a lap pool too! The villa comes with a 4-person staff, which is super convenient and makes you feel like a true VIP. The staff is so sweet, professional, and on top of everything. We loved having a private chef make spectacular meals for us every day. The maid kept the entire villa spotless. And the butler made the best cocktails and was very helpful to have around the house. We also had a villa manager, and he was great at making things happen for us! We’ve seen many villas in the Dominican Republic, but this one is definitely TOP, and we’ll be back. The location close to Punta Espada golf club and the beach is so convenient, and the villa even includes access to Eden Roc Beach Club. Las Palmas 77 is the place to stay in Cap Cana – no doubt!

We had a fabulous stay in Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic. Living in luxury for the week was the perfect remedy to the year we’ve just endured! Our Villa was exactly as described. Spotless on arrival and kept that way throughout (thank you Miche). Chef Felix made meal times a social event with tasty and extremely well presented food, plate after plate! A special thank you for the flexibility to accommodate several different dietary requirements. Anders was beyond helpful throughout, with clear and precise communication before and after we arrived, some really great recommendations for things to do and the best Golf hook-ups on the Island!!! Anders managed to keep my whole group happy (not an easy task). Eden Roc access is a really great benefit for a big group. It allowed us the flexibility to hang out at a great resort while still having a (more luxurious) base nearby! I really cannot recommend this villa or Anders enough. We had a wonderful time and will certainly return.
