This spacious condo has over 1400 sq feet and has a large living room, full size kitchen and modern bathroom. Pools are just in front of the unit and beach is only minutes away.
Resort has 3 pools to use, 5 restaurants and a minimarket onsite. There is a bigger market 5 min away. All condos are equipped with virtual keys to open doors. You will need an app in your cellphone and keys will be sent to you.
The space
Located in Punta Cana, a 5-minute walk from the beach, Fishing Lodge Cap Cana offers an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. The property boasts modern apartments with sea views.
Each apartment here is air-conditioned and includes a kitchenette and a seating area with a sofa bed. They either overlook the swimming pool or the Caribbean Sea.
At Fishing Lodge Cap Cana you will find a private beach area and a fitness centre, while other facilities like grocery deliveries, a shared lounge and dry cleaning are offered.
Activities in the surrounding area include cycling, fishing and golfing, with Punta Espada Golf Course located right next to the property. Punta Cana International Airport can be reached in a 15-minute drive.

Apartments with a very beautiful view of the marina, every day admired the water, boats and beautiful sunset on the outdoor terrace, where we served breakfast and dinner. In principle, everything looked like in the pictures. The owner promptly responded to our requests.

El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, es un apartamento muy fresco y comodo. Que la luz sea incluida es un punto muy a favor ya que en el resto de apartamentos en Punta Cana no suele ser así y es muy cara. Yo añadiria mas ollas para cocinar (a mi gusto ya que me encanta cocinar y a veces no me alcanzaban para hacer todo lo que queria al mismo tiempo) Que tenga agua caliente es otra cosa muy buena ya que otros lugares no suelen tener y si tienen obviamente consume luz. Para mi pareja el punto más negativo y con el que se sintió decepcionado fue el tema de que no tuvieramos wifi disponible, Ricardo nos comentó que estaban cambiando la instalación en todo el complejo pero un empleado desmintió eso, y nos parecia extraño ya que nos aparecían también las señales wifi de otros apartamentos. Fishing Lodge es un sitio muy bonito las piscinas son maravillosas y el personal encantador. Esta muy bien para salir a pasear. Lo unico que por la temporada en la que yo he estado alojada la mayoria de negocios estaban cerrados pero en los meses de invierno dicen que tiene mucha mas vida tanto diurna como nocturna.

Muy buen anfitrion y correcto. Dos personas anteriores me habian cancelado y Ricardo cumplio lo prometido. Ademas agradezco ya que me dio un depto mucho mejor que por el que lo habia contactado. La propiedad con algunos detalles menores de mantencion que no tienen ninguna importancia para mi. Lo recomiendo absolutamente!

Booking with Ricardo was very pleasant and easy. The condo was beautiful and very clean (although trash was full on arrival). Everything was just as advertised we had a wonderful view from the balcony. The resort is very nice, but without upgrading to all inclusive (~$85/day) food and drinks in the immediate are a bit overpriced and there are better meals to be had elsewhere. We did try the pizza place there (El Portico), recommended by Ricardo and it was some very good pizza. I recommend stocking up at the grocery store nearby and utilizing the fully stocked kitchen. We also took advantage of renting a car through Ricardo, which worked out great (but only had 1/4 tank when we got it.) We were picked up and dropped off at the airport and had full access to the car the whole week. We drove into Bavaro where we found some more interesting places to get food and drink at much better prices. Overall, Ricardo was a great host, and I would highly recommend renting with him.

We had a great trip to Punta Cana. Ricardo was quick to respond and had some great information prior to the trip. The condo was excellent, very clean and right by the pool!
