The villa’s interior exudes a sleek, modern charm, adorned in minimalist contemporary decor – neutral shades with pops of vibrant colors. Step outside and you’re greeted by a sprawling terrace and a private pool, all shielded by a custom Florida-style screen to keep those pesky bugs at bay.

This backyard paradise is surrounded by lush tropical greenery, ensuring your privacy. The expansive terrace is perfect for get-togethers, complete with a BBQ area, dining space, TV lounge with an 86-inch TV, Sonos speakers, and a pool table.

NB: The villa also has a den/home office and a garage, which are not accessible or available during the rental.

The Bedrooms

The master suite on the ground floor boasts a king bed, air-conditioning, TV, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and double showers. It also offers direct access to the terrace and pool. NB: There is a walk-in closet, which is not accessible or available during the rental.

The second bedroom, also on the ground floor, mirrors these features and opens to a quaint private terrace.

The third and fourth bedrooms are upstairs, each furnished with twin beds (convertible to a king) with a comfortable top mattress, air-conditioning, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower. Both rooms have balconies offering varying views of the villa.
