The villa comes with a private chef, daily housekeeping, and a villa manager. During your stay, you will enjoy a host of exclusive 5-star amenities and access to the best Caribbean amenities including the Punta Espada Golf Course, stunning beaches, tennis, equestrian center, marina, restaurants, bars, and more. The space

The interior of the villa has a clean and modern ambience. The decor is kept in a modern minimalist style with simple decor, mostly white furniture combined with flowers to brighten up the space. This villa is a place where you will feel very relaxed and comfortable.

When you enter the villa, the accommodation welcomes you with high ceilings and a beautiful open living and dining area. The comfortable living room has a large sofa with two loungers, an 86-inch Smart TV and a cozy sitting area. The room flows smoothly along with the dining area with a beautiful dining table and white chairs.

A place to spend time with friends and family

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In addition, you have the option to hire a personal chef ($) who will skillfully prepare all your meals during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment of your vacation (food and drinks are not included).

If you can’t take a full break from work during your vacation, the villa has a separate home office with a spacious desk and four comfortable office chairs so you can stay productive without sacrificing comfort or style.

Enjoy the spacious outdoor area with a covered terrace that spans the width of the villa and a private pool. This space is screened with special mosquito netting (Florida style screen) to keep the mosquitoes and bugs out – as long as you keep the screen doors closed!

The backyard is a lush tropical landscape with large trees to give you maximum privacy – this is your oasis!

The large terrace is a comfortable space with an outdoor BBQ area, dining area, 86-inch TV, Sonos speakers, and a pool table. Whenever you need to cool off, you can step into the pool or hot tub right from the terrace.

Note: The villa also has a garage which is not available or accessible during the rental period.

The bedrooms:

The villa has 4 bedrooms – 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. There are 6 beds in total for 8 people. 2 king-size double beds and 4 single beds (2 single beds can be converted into 1 king-size bed). All rooms have air conditioning and TV.

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs): The master suite has 1 king-size bed, a closet, an en-suite bathroom with two showers and access to the terrace and pool. NOTE: It has a walk-in closet which is not available or accessible during the rental period.
• Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has 1 king-size bed, a closet, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a private terrace.
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable mattress), wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and private balcony.
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs) with 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king-size bed with a comfortable mattress), wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and private balcony.

Getting around

The resort features mini-marts, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those who want to explore the resort’s surroundings, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located near the accommodation.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
