This 1 bedroom has fantastic marina views and a semiprivate pool off its wooden terrace deck. Perfect for 2-3 people. Parking is at condos entrance. 5 min from the beach. Only 10 minutes away from Airport and only 5 minutes away from beach resort.
Resort has 3 pools to use, 5 restaurants and a minimarket onsite. There is a bigger market 5 minutes away. All condos are equipped with virtual keys to open doors. You will need an app in your cellphone and keys will be sent to you.

the perfect stay! The pictures do not do justice for the actual size the entire place is. Pool was kept clean at all times and the view at night was amazing! close by restaurants and the town, beautiful beaches and lakes near by. recommend 100%!

This place was located in a great place with options of where to go and eat. The view was awesome and the pics did not quite show how big it was.

It doesn't get better than this. The best location in Cap Cana with amazing views very well equipped for a long stay.

The location and actual apartment are great. It is much bigger than expected and the pictures don't do it justice from how nice it is. I did have some issues such as contacting the host prior to booking about internet access as I planned to work remotely, and was assured it would be fine. When it wasn't working and i asked about it he was very evasive on this topic and finally told me that its not his responsibility but rather something the local apt complex had to fix. Last the place is very sparse not so much as a paper towel or normal kitchen towel just to clean up as you go, be aware you'll need to buy everything when coming here.

This apartment is amazing! We loved the semi-private swim out pool, where you could get away from the larger public areas in the Alsol resort. We highly recommend Ricardo's apartment. You'll love it. The Alsol resort is very pretty with plenty of pools. Just know that the resort's food isn't good, nor is the food service (or room service). So, if you stay here, don't do the all inclusive that the resort offers. Pay as you go so you can see what you like. The independent restaurants on the resort's property are way better! hit the little tapas and wine bar close to this apartment, and the El Portico across from it. A few shops are in the report. Room service can work for a few small things like deliveries of beer and dessert. The breakfasts at the resort are the only thing we liked on the all-inclusive Again, no reflection on Ricardo's place. WE LOVED THE APARTMENT! Explore the resort's pool areas, there are plenty.

The flat is very large, south facing the marina with an amazing semi private swimming pool. We had a great stay and really enjoy the pool and the view. The patio is also very large and well furnished, so you get anything you need to enjoy the sun. The resort is well maintained and pretty, the staff is very friendly.
