Cap Cana apartments for rent – Incredible 3 bedroom condo with Marina view

Excellent location, very good communication with Ricardo.

We just returned from a 2 week vacation in Ricardo's 3 bedroom condo in Cap Cana . We were 3 couples and the apartment more than suited our needs with more than enough space. We loved the outdoor covered verandah overlooking the Marina and Pool. We enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners Al Fresco. We did go out for dinner a few times and food at restaurants on site were all good. We spent some time at the little beach at Alsol Tierra which is a 5 minute walk and also took the free shuttle to Juanilo beach which is long and beautiful. Ricardo is a very good host. He emailed us pages of details about the apartment and Cap Cana when we booked the condo, so we were pretty much prepared. He replied any emails we sent him very quickly. Registration was quick and we were taken to our place in a golf cart. The grounds are beautiful and very nice to go for nice long walks, which we enjoy while on vacation. We were able to use all the 3 pools and enjoyed some of the activities at the big pool at Alsol Tierra. We especially loved the pool exercises with Black Pit. He was great. Just a reminder to anyone who is expecting a resort type of place and then is disappointed and posts bad reviews - This is not a resort, it is a beautiful apartment so don't expect resort service. If you want Wifi, cleaning service etc, you can book it but it isn't included . We knew all this when we booked especially since Ricardo sent us pages of info - so you have to make sure you read it before complaining about it as some reviewers did. If you only like All inclusive type of resorts, this might not be for you, but if you enjoy a place with lots of space and a beautiful view and choice to eat in or out, then you will love Ricardo's place.

Excellent experience. The room is bigger that I expect. Beautiful location and Ricardo fix the problem quick. The only problem we have is the stove some time work sometime not. That only need to fix. Thank you Ricardo for you help

Excellent place to stay, ricardo is really easy to communicate with, only issue was cleaning service.

We had a great stay at Ricardo's apartment. It's a wonderful place with lots of great outdoors space and really well equipped bedrooms and kitchen. The place is very high quality. The complex has everything you need for a relaxing stay - great pool and bars, beach not far and even a top quality gym with sauna. A little away from Punta Cana centre and a supermarket but the desk arranged taxis without any hassle. Probably wise to hire a car if planning on moving frequently from the complex as the taxis weren't the cheapest. We were a group who came specifically for the Punta Cana marathon weekend and so it was perfect - very comfortable and relaxing before a race! Would definitely recommend. Ricardo was also really great with communication and helped us sort everything out before travelling.

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely in the three bedroom accommodation at the Fishing Lodge at Cap Cana. It is a beautiful place with water views from the master bedroom, living room and beautiful terrace with lovely large dining set and outdoor lounge furniture. We truly relaxed during our stay and found the accommodation to be perfectly designed with three beautiful en suite bathrooms and an additional powder room in the entrance area. Each condominium has the most handsome and massive wooden door and our door opened to a spacious open concept foyer, dining and living area. The kitchen is well supplied and there is even a washer and dryer in a laundry room off of the kitchen(cold water hook up only). My husband was impressed by the concrete construction (interior and exterior walls, floor and ceilings). We also got to see the construction unfold in the next phase of development next door which we found interesting (husband has a degree in engineering and has a family construction firm). The staff at reception and concierge are lovely and speak beautiful English. Wait staff are kind with varying levels of English. Our daughters had fun practicing their Spanish; especially outside of the resort! The activities people at the main pool make the pool area entertaining without being forceful, intrusive or loud. My daughter won a half pound of coffee for the longest underwater swim contest--the pool is as long and beautiful as it appears in photos. There was a merengue class one day, zumba on another, and yoga on yet another day. Music is selected by a dj and it is appropriate in volume which I was able to tune out when immersed in reading. Plenty of beautiful plantings, lawns and palm trees provided natural shade and lush surroundings. There is also a quiet pool around the corner, but we enjoyed the mixed family and couples atmosphere at this pool and never went to search for the other. There is a small pool adjacent to our building which we did not use. We dined at the cozy Italian pizzeria, El Portico and enjoyed our meal. We were offered the opportunity to participate in the meal plan in the village at a reduced rate (young son was free and daughters 2 for 1) which was a good deal, but we wanted to venture out of the resort a bit. We did eat at the buffet one evening as well. Regarding our host, I would recommend renting a vehicle from him as a nice driver picked us up, drove us to our accommodation leaving us with the vehicle and on the return trip to the airport we picked him up in reception and were then dropped off at the airport entrance. Could not have been easier or more efficient! My only regret is we never met Ricardo who, if his text and email responses are any indication, must be a fine person!

The apartment was INCREDIBLE. Our jaws literally dropped when we walked in. Clean, comfortable and accommodating. One downfall was the construction happening just outside, but the workers were respectful of quiet hours, and certainly wasn't Ricardo's fault. We had such an amazing time, thanks to Ricardo for all his hospitality.
