The space

This villa is located at Cap Cana Resort, a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. Cap Cana is home to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean, Juanillo Beach. You’ll find another great beach at Api Beach Club at the marina. This is a smaller beach situated in a cove by the mouth of the marina and the beach club has a swimming pool, restaurant & bar ($).

The property is conveniently located approx. 9.5 miles from Punta Cana International Airport – just a short drive and you’ll arrive at the villa. If you want to go off property to explore the local area, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are located just outside the resort and you can easily get there in a rental car or with our pre-arranged transportation service ($).

This posh villa is absolutely spectacular, very family-friendly and has lots of cozy sitting areas. It is located directly on hole 14 of the Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean by Golfweek Magazine) and offers impressive views of the golf course and the ocean!

This large (12.000 sq. ft.) 4-bedroom villa, built in 2 levels, will delight you and take your breath away at first sight. It has 4 bedrooms, including a 2-level family suite with a loft. All bedrooms, the living- and dining room, and the TV room have sliding windows. The villa is fully furnished, all in neutral colors combined with bold pops of colors that look like anything straight off a magazine cover!

The roof of the villa is thatched and most rooms have high, vaulted ceilings with wooden beams and palm leaf ceilings. The villa has a fabulous saltwater swimming pool with wading areas (perfect for children) & jacuzzi, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. The center of the house is made for entertaining and has a spacious “palapa” (an open-sided deck with a roof) with sofas and a dining table – overlooking the pool and garden.

Spend your days playing in the swimming pool, soaking up the sun on the deck or find a cooler spot in the shade. The outdoor palapa is the perfect place to enjoy casual lunches with your family and friends and to end the day with cozy dinners and cocktails.

DOWNSTAIRS:

When you arrive at the villa, you’ll be met by the most stunning entrance! Walk up the pathway and feel the serene Zen vibes come over you as you’re led into the center of the villa.

The swimming pool surrounds the palapa and is the first thing that greets you along with the splendid view of the golf course and Farallon cliff ridge towering peacefully in the distance.

The ground level of the villa offers an amazing open floor plan with kitchen, living- and dining areas and a bar. Large sliding doors allow you to open this space up to encompass the adjacent terrace and from there you can easily walk across a small bridge to the palapa. This space is made for entertaining and hosting chic cocktail parties and evening underneath the stars.

The large kitchen has an island and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook wonderful meals during your vacation – and there’s even an outdoor BBQ area with a gas grill and a wood-fired pizza oven. If you don’t feel like cooking but want to enjoy home-cooked meals, you can hire a personal chef to do all of the work for you!

UPSTAIRS:

On the upper level of the villa, you’ll find a cozy sitting area with another bar – and you can see the ocean from here! There are also located 2 more bedrooms.

The bedrooms:

The villa has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. A total of 7 beds (sleeps up to 10). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans!

• Bedroom 1 (downstairs): Master suite with 1 king bed, a separate TV room, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity, and a private furnished terrace with access to the pool. Also includes an outdoor whirlpool for added relaxation.

• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Family suite with 1 tropical canopy bed, a loft with 2 canopy twin beds (ideal for kids), sitting area, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity, and a furnished balcony offering an ocean view.
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Master suite with 1 king bed, a separate living/sitting area, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity, and a massive furnished balcony with stunning golf and ocean views.

The resort features mini-marts, a large marina with restaurants and bars, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. For those who want to explore the resort’s surroundings, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana are conveniently located near the accommodation.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right next to the resort – 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about 3 hours away.
