C102 Florisel – Your tropical Beach Vacation!

Great place to stay. We plan to come back next year.

The apartment is exactly as pictured and conveniently located steps from the beach. This was my first experience with an AirBnB outside of the US and I very much enjoyed my stay. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and the staff greeted us with romantic decorations in the apartment. Such a lovely touch! We felt very secure within the premises, especially at night with a guard on stand-by. With such spacious accommodations, I felt this unit was well worth the money. Since it's advised to not drink the local water, fresh drinking water (>gallon) was provided in a dispenser. This lasted the entire trip with a lot of water remaining. Thanks! Food/drink services and souvenirs are available right next door, and bars/restaurants/grocery/gifts are only a 10 minute walk up the street. Certain excursions are also accessible right on the beach steps from our apartment. You can pay certain places by credit card, but I'd advise travelers to use more peso oros for easier transactions. Find the best exchange and locate an ATM before arrival to the residence. You can visit nearby resorts (5-15 min drives) and pay a daily resort fee to enjoy their amenities. A little further is Downtown Punta Cana and more shopping. A couple of cloudy days in the beginning (just missed hurricane Matthew) but we made the best of the situation using our Amazon Firestick (Wi-fi worked GREAT). We took walks up the beach and that evening we explored the rooftop terrace in our building. There we sipped wine, played music, and listened to the rain drizzle...muy romantico. Juanita did an awesome job of staying in contact with us through "What's App". She booked our transportation to and from the airport when requested and helped with finding excursions. My boyfriend and I are beginners in speaking spanish, but that did not deter us from enjoying and exploring Punta Cana. Apartmentos Florisel is such a hidden gem. We look forward to returning in the future.

The place is in an excellent location near the beach and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a little noisy at night do to a restaurant/bar around the corner, but if you're on vacation that may be a good thing. The apartment is very clean and everything worked well. We would stay again if ever in that area again.

Host made me feel extremely comfortable. Ensured I was aware of any details a guest would need to know (food, attractions, ect). Perfect location for an "on the beach" experience!

We loved our stay at Hana's place so much, we came back for a second stay! It was the perfect end to our trip through DR. Exceptional communication and service (Juanita is the BEST! Bernardo always greets us with a smile) and the apartment was just beautiful - clean, perfect location, and fully equipped with anything you would need, not to mentions it's a few steps from the beach! If I could give more stars, I would! Thank you to Hana, Juanita and Bernardo for their hospitality.

What can I say that hasn’t been said? The place is fantastic, 63 steps (literary, I counted) from the sand! Hanna and her staff are wonderful; they also suggested a few places to eat! Restaurante Tronco Beach which one of Hanna staff recommended (Juanita) was just beautiful and reasonable price and the food was good. When you’re done, ask for a shot of Nino's Liquor’s Chinola which is Passion Fruit! Ohhh…heaven in a bottle! Recommendation: Day one…hit BAM Market in Plaza Turquesa There you could find everything you’ll need and less expensive! The Dive bar next door....their food sucks and over priced! For the drink…go inside the shopping plaza… There’s a small convenience store at the beginning of the strip…buy a bottle or beer there or at BAM Market. Overall, my wife had a wonderful time! Our stay was memorable and would recommend this place to friends and family! Wish I could have stayed a bit longer but we’ll be back! Thank you Hanna and staff!

We had a great time staying at Apartmente Florisel. I wanted to find a good, safe, and clean place to stay for a good price because me and my friend wanted to just relax and have fun. From the moment we arrived, I was very pleased with the service Juanita provided. She greeted us and shows us the apartment and recommended some good restaurants. She was very professional and very quick in responding to our request. She truly made us feel welcome and relax knowing that she will take care of us. Juanita also set us up with Jaunel who sets up our excursion for us and made sure we get there and get back safely. On the last day, they hold our bags for us since our flight was late that night so that we can still enjoy the beach. Thank you Hana for putting such good people to help make our stay relaxing and fun. I greatly appreciate everything. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

This was honestly the best trip I have ever taken. Hana's location is seconds from the beach in a safe, clean, friendly, gated community. Juanita by far exceeded all my expectations and truly added to the wonderful experience. The house was clean and just as described. I will be coming back and when I do I will absolutely be booking with Hana. Thank you for the great vacation!!!

The one and only thing I would have changed about our stay would be to make it LONGER! The Apartment exceeded our expectations- it is literally steps from the beach, which offers private shades and lounge chairs next to 2-3 beach bars, and a beach restaurant that serves bf, lunch and dinner. The apartment itself was comfortable, stayed nice and cool, and we so appreciated the fresh cold water provided. We did walk to the nearby markets and shops notes in the description, they were truly 5 mins away and we found anything we could have needed there. Juanita was helpful in every sense- she helped arrange the cab and her dinner recommendations were spot-on. We felt we were the luckiest people on the island!
