* The electricity is included up to US$2 day. The exceeded consume, if applicable, must be paid cash at checkout. (Price per kW, 20 Pesos (or US$0,40).
* Upon arrival to the apartment you have a welcome kit, until you have time to buy your favourite products at the grocery store that is 5 minutes walking. It contains: Shampoo and body shop for one day, 2 toilet paper each bathroom, dispenser with drinking water, 4 doses of coffee, some sugar, some paper napkins.

Getting around
* From the airport, you can get to the apartment only by taxi, there is no public transport.
* A 10 minute walk you have a bus stop, this service is quite unpunctual and does not connect the whole city but it is very economical.
* To park your car, there are usually free spaces on the street near the apartment.
* We remind you that you have all the services within a 10 minute walk of the apartment.

Los departamentos Florisel se encuentran en una ubicación inmejorable a tan solo unos pocos metros de la playa. Bien equipados y muy limpios. Todo el personal desde su admisnitradora Grisel, Bernardo quien siempre está cuidando de todos en la playa y hasta el personal de vigilancia hacen que sea un lugar muy seguro y grato de estar. Cerca de supermercados y hasta un bar restaurante justo al lado.

Cozy complex with beach area just for guests. If you stay in the C building you do get noise from the bar and shopping center located behind it. If that will bother you, I recommend you stay on the other side of the complex. Staff is excellent. I will definitely return!

Muy recomendable!. Excelente lugar. El servicio de limpieza era muy bueno, el espacio es muy cómodo. Cualquier duda o necesidad , Gricel nos contestaba a la brevedad. Todo es tal cual lo pactado. El apartamento esta a pasos de la playa, al lado de un bar con una comida riquísima, eso lo hace muy cómodo y lindo para salir también de noche! Estamos agradecidas por su hospedaje! Esperamos volver a ir!.

Hana’s place was spotless and smelled very clean. The decorations were cute and she was very accommodating. The restroom is updated and looks very nice. The faucet and shower water is salty for some reason but I think that’s all the apartments. You pay for electricity and I was there for 3 days and only paid 10 USD. Just make sure to turn things off when you leave for the day. Loved the stay! Would definitely stay there again.

The attention we received from Grisel was second to none. we sent her a message and she responded nearly instantaneously. The apartment was great and the location could not be better. The area is safe to walk around at night and there are many restaurants within walking distance (I recommend Coyote, in town, and and TOC, about a 10 Minute walk on the beach). The terrace was great in the early evenings and afternoons. We are grateful to the staff for a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon.

Myself and my husband spent two weeks at the apartment and it was our first airbnb experience. It most definitely won't be our last! Hana was so helpful in helping us with the booking and any questions that I had about other things to do with the area, taxis to and from the airport etc. She made the trip very smooth, and Gricel and the other apartment staff were wonderfully helpful while we were there too. Any queries that we had were answered (via (Hidden by Airbnb) ) in minutes, including a large bottle of water that we needed changing a couple of times when it was empty - this saved us having to carry it from the local shop and was very good value too. Gricel was there to meet us when we arrived at the apartment and also again when we checked out and made sure that we got the taxi back to the airport ok, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and they changed the towels every other day. Two cleaners came by and cleaned the apartment one day as we were there over two weeks. The bedding was also changed a couple of times. The apartment itself is less than 30 seconds walk from the door to the beach which was amazing. Lots of local day trips are also available around the area. Many thanks to Hana and her team for helping make this a great trip!
