C102 Florisel – Your tropical Beach Vacation!

We had a great stay in this apartment! our host at the time Grisel was really helpful with whatever questions we had. It was nice to see there was several diffirent restaurents in the area within walking distance 5-15 minutes, as it is not to easy to get a cap on your own in that area, you need to book it. All in all we enjoyed the apartment and the beach which was had great space.

Hana's place was perfectly located and she was a great host!

Estuvimos con mi esposa 9 noches en Florisel y la pasamos muy bien. El apartamento cómodo, completo, seguro y sobre la playa. Cumple todo lo ofrecido. Lo mejor: la gente. Grisel preocupada constantemente por solucionar cualquier inconveniente, las mucamas preguntando si necesitas algo, y el encargado de playa Bernardo: Manos dispuestas para que la experiencia de playa sea placentera y ojos atentos en todo lo que ocurre. Volvería sin duda.

Location is very good with private beach, beach towels and beach chairs, and it's at a very quiet section of the beach, this is especially important to me. The services were very quick with good quality in all aspects - check-in and check-out, room and neighborhood introduction, room cleanning and change towels, etc. The only negative thing is there are many mosquitoes at the whole beach area, they bite you no matter which resort or hotel you stay. Would suggest the property owner provides mosquito net to each room.

A great location. Steps away from a beautiful beach and walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. It was great to have Ana nearby whenever we had any questions or concerns. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need for a short stay.

L'appartement est très spacieux, neuf et propre, avec un petit balcon abrité par de la végétation. Il s'agit d'une petite résidence très bien entretenue avec de beaux espaces verts bien entretenus. Pour aller à la plage, il suffit de sortir de l'appartement et on y arrive directement par une petite allée. Une douche extérieure est disponible pour se rincer après la baignade et la plage privée dispose de transats. La partie de plage où se situe l'appartement est calme, il n'y a pas de gros resorts à côté. La plage est balayée lorsqu'il y'a des algues ce qui est très agréable. Concernant la localisation, il faut bien penser à retirer suffisamment de cash car il n'y a pas de distributeur dans la petite zone de commerces/bars dans les rues juste derrière (5-10min à pieds). D'ailleurs il y a très peu de restaurants ou bars sur la plage car il n'y a quasiment que des hôtels all-inclusive. L'appartement est bien équipé avec des climatisations dans le salon et la chambre. Hana notre hôte a été super disponible et toujours prête à nous aider pour arranger un taxi ou autre. Pour aller faire les courses au grand supermarché, nous avons pris un taxi qu'elle nous a organisé. Je recommande vraiment cette petite résidence calme les pieds dans le sable, nous avons passé un super séjour!

Ana and Hana were great hosts. We really liked the location of the apartment and the beach. The garden was lovely. Ana was very helpful. We really liked the restaurants she offered us. The apartment is very close to everything we needed (supermarket,gift shop,restaurants...). Hana always sent us useful information and update about the hurricane situation. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Nous venons de passer 14 jours dans cet appartement mon amie et moi. Comme dit dans les précédents commentaires : l'appartement est fidèle aux photos ainsi qu'à la description qui en est faite. Il est propre, on s'y sent comme à la maison mais un peu comme à l'hôtel à la fois (service de nettoyage hebdomadaire + changement des serviettes si besoin). Il est très bien localisé, dans un quartier très safe avec des gardes 24/24 et 7j/7. La plage est réellement à 30 secondes à pied de l'appartement. Il y a des restaurants aux alentours, des bars, des mini markets, une pharmacie... On est tout de même entouré de grands resorts, donc pas totalement exclus. Il y a des activités sur la plage et aux alentours. Nous souhaitions avant tout remercier Hana, Ana car que ce soit lors de la préparation de notre voyage nous avons pu bien communiquer avec elles. Une fois sur place Ana nous a accueilli à bras ouverts et nous a fait une visite des alentours. Et une mention spéciale pour Bernardo qui travaille pour la résidence et qui est toujours disponible et veille beaucoup au bien être des clients. Même si nous avons eu quelques légers soucis dans l'appartement, Ana et Bernardo réagissaient et réglaient le problème dans les minutes qui suivaient. Concernant l'électricité, pour 14 jours nous avons eu à payer 28$ d'extra. Ce qui est correct. Pour cela, il suffit juste de suivre les conseils donnés par L'hôte afin de ne pas avoir de grande surprise au moment du check out. Globalement : un Bon séjour au sein de la résidence Florisel. This is the perfect place if you want to stay away from the typical resort crowd, but not secluded. Part of a small compound right on the beach resembling a miniature resort, with a beautiful and well kept garden and 24/7 security, you are literally steps away from the beach. C102 is a small 1 bedroom apartment with furnished kitchen, all that you need for basic cooking is there. Supermarkets and restaurants are a 5 minutes walk from the property and the whole area is safe and quiet. The compound has its own sunbeds and sunshades. Special thanks goes to Ana, Hana's representative, who is there at checkin and checkout, giving you full details about everything you need or might wish to know. Ana is very knowledgeable about Punta Cana and the Dominican Republic, very kind and positive and always available either on phone or in person for any question you might have. Long story short, Ana and the property made this a great holiday!
