A brand-new contemporary villa brings a fresh, modern feel to a stay in Cap Cana. The interiors, furnishings, and amenities are new, and the home has the clean, finished feel of a property just built. It’s a chance to enjoy the comfort of a modern villa before years of guest stays have made it feel familiar.
A private chef, butler, daily housekeeping, and an on-site villa manager are part of the stay. Outside the villa, Cap Cana offers beaches, tennis and equestrian facilities, a marina, restaurants, bars, and two golf courses: Punta Espada and Las Iguanas. Some resort facilities and activities may have separate fees.

The space
The villa is located in Cap Cana, a gated resort community in Punta Cana with 24-hour security. Two four-passenger golf carts are included with the rental for getting around the resort.
Cap Cana has Juanillo Beach, Api Beach, and two golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus: Punta Espada and Las Iguanas. Guests can also find tennis and paddle courts, water activities, an equestrian center and polo club, restaurants, bars, and a marina within the resort. Some facilities and activities have separate fees.
- BlueMall Puntacana and Puntacana Village are just outside Cap Cana.
- Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is about 8 km (5 miles) from the resort entrance.
- Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a two-hour drive, depending on traffic.
Completed in 2026, this two-story villa has eight bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms, a private pool and jacuzzi, a gym, and a home cinema.
The living, dining, and entertainment areas open onto the outdoor spaces. The lounge includes a bar and pool table. Outside, palm trees are incorporated into the pool design, with the jacuzzi beside it and tropical landscaping around the garden.
All eight bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and views of either the garden or the pool. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining areas. Inside, the design is minimalist, with clean lines and uncluttered interiors.
The Bedrooms
The villa has eight bedrooms, including two primary suites. One is downstairs with direct access to the pool area; the other is upstairs and overlooks the pool and garden. Each bedroom can be arranged with either one king bed or two twin beds.
All bedrooms have a king bed that can be arranged as two twin beds, air-conditioning, a TV, a closet with a safe, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and Hansgrohe fixtures. Upstairs bedrooms have balconies; downstairs bedrooms open directly onto the pool area and terrace.
Bed setup: 8 king beds or up to 16 twin beds. Sleeps up to 16 guests.

Villa Staff
- Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeepers may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Villa Manager: You’ll also have an Spanish- and English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

To complete the booking, guests must sign a separate rental agreement that includes the house rules. Everyone staying at the villa must also be registered with Cap Cana Resort before arrival.
Guest access
The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort before arrival. Outside guests are allowed and must be registered with Cap Cana Resort. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests.
Guest interaction
An on-site villa manager will greet you at check-in and is available daily for questions or assistance. The chef, butler, and housekeeping team work at the villa; some staff may stay in a separate living area on the property. Housekeeping is usually provided every third day.
Other things to note
- A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Cap Cana Resort before arrival.
- Two golf touring carts are included with the villa rental, and extra golf touring carts can be rented.
