El hotel no lo pude alojar ya que no había habitaciones disponibles para mi cuando llegue (segun me informaron en el hotel, el Hoster sirve como intermediaria y arquila habitaciones a su nombre). A pesar del mal rato inicial por la espera de casi 1 hora para que llegara quien nos ubicara donde quedarnos, Anna quien nos recogió en el hotel y nos llevo a un apartamento, fue excelente en todo a partir de ese momento dándonos especial seguimiento, al igual que Nadia que también estuvo al tanto a pesar de estar indispuesta por salud. Aunque ya no estábamos en el hotel, de todos modos nos hicieron llegar un rico desayuno al apto. a la hora que le indicamos ya que el Arquiler lo incluia. Donde nos quedamos estaba bastante bien aunque el aire de la habitación no enfriaba mucho pero si lo suficiente para pasar la noche cómodo. En resumen fuera de la situación del inicio, mi estadía estuvo bastante buena.

The place was great, price-quality ratio was perfect. Very central in the Bavaro area, near a lot of beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and everything. They even let us check-in earlier without problems. The cleaniness and attentions were perfect. Our only issues were about the courtains, the light wake us too early in the morning, and they're making improvements in the third floor and the noises were annoing the first day. The hotel concept is really interesting and the breakfast is good for the price, i would add some milk for the coffee.
