Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is about 11 miles away, making travel a snap. Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is roughly a 3-hour drive if you want to venture further.

This Bavaro Beach oceanview condo is a five-bedroom, three-bath, two-story penthouse with views you’ll never forget. Without an elevator, you’ll need to climb one flight of stairs.

- This condo was refreshed in spring 2024 with new indoor and outdoor furniture, updated TVs, modern kitchen appliances (including a brand-new 2024 stove), and a fresh coat of paint.
- Some photos show the space before these improvements, but the actual setup now closely matches what you see in the images.
- The open living area, dining space, and kitchen are flooded with natural light, offering unobstructed ocean views at every turn. If you don’t feel like cooking, hire a private chef (for an added fee, plus the cost of food and drinks) to handle everything for you.
The sleek, neutral décor sets a calm, contemporary mood. Behind the kitchen, an outdoor staircase leads up to your private rooftop. Up top, you’ll have a covered dining area, a BBQ grill, and new loungers – perfect for sunbathing, sipping drinks, or sharing a relaxed meal under the Caribbean night sky.

The condo is located inside a semi-gated neighborhood, only open towards the beach. All condo guests must be registered before arrival.
Guest interaction
Condo Staff
- Housekeeper. Every third day, a Spanish-speaking housekeeper will come by to tidy up, make the beds, and refresh towels and linens. Please note that personal laundry services aren’t included. The housekeeper may stay in separate quarters on the property to ensure easy access if anything comes up.
- Manager. You’ll also have the support of an English- and Spanish-speaking property manager. He will help with check-in, answer questions, and assist with last-minute requests or services you didn’t arrange in advance.
Other things to note
A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All condo guests must be registered prior to arrival.
