Apartments for rent in Cap Cana (Fishing Lodge) – Stunning 3 BDR condo with marina view

I can't say how much I loved the unit! It was better than expected. The view was spectacular and would be recommend to choose this unit as everyone mentioned how it was one of the best. Ricardo was helpful and was very quick with answering all my questions. The private pool was a delight for my 5 year old nephew. Lol. We opted to cook for ourselves but there was the option to have an all inclusive which included drinks and food which was relatively a good price. Only downfall is that we did go on a low season, and the village seemed a bit of a ghost town. So I will be definitely be visiting again within the high season. Overall my experience was fantastic! Highly recommend to visit.

What you see in pictures is what you get, but even more breathtaking in person. Great communication with the owner, very quick to response and customer service. You will not regret it. We wanted to stay longer but as you can see it gets booked very quickly. All I can say is...You will not regret it!!!

My Stay was wonderful the Condo looked just like the picture, but even better in person. The village was nice family friendly and it even have a night club called versus there. The view is amazing the pool is great about 5ft deep but, looks deeper. Check in was simple. we decided to add all inclusive for 3 days for $255 best investment being that staying here your on your own and we didn't want to cook. The Food was good(surprisingly). The animation team for the resort was very helpful ask for Jr. He made our stay amazing. The rooms were very spacious. 2 rooms had kings size bed and 1 room with twin beds. I would suggest yu bring wash cloths because we had to use towels for wash cloths. Also bring insect spray for the mosquitoes being that the house is surrounded by water and we also had a problem with ants in the master bedroom and living room. Other then that my stay was great I would definitely book again

This 3 bedroom condo exceeded our expectations. The home was large with plenty of space to accommodate the 5 of us. It was myself, my two teenage daughters, my best friend and her teenage daughter. We spent almost the entire time pool side or in the pool. We had a car and made a couple trips to the grocery store. We made all of our breakfasts, lunches, and a couple dinners ourselves in the fully equipped kitchen which helped to offset the high cost of the restaurants in the resort. It was a truly stunning location, the pool is beautiful and very functional. It made our vacation very luxurious and relaxing. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the last 15 years and this might be my favorite so far. I hope to be back. Thank you Ricardo for ensuring we had a great stay in Punta Cana!

First, Ricardo and Stephanie were amazing hosts! From our first contact, Ricardo answered all of our questions extremely fast and were always very helpful and knowledgable. The property itself was equally as amazing, even better than the pictures! Very spacious, clean and modern. The Fishing Lodge complex is very large and also has many options for eating. We found the food to be good. The staff at the resort were very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Overall, I was very impressed with the property, the staff and the condo itself was amazing. Great job!

Outstanding. The apartment was just as described in the pictures. Loved Cap Cana, best beach destination in the world by far. There are so many things to do. Highly recommended

This unit is probably the nicest unit in the Marina area. Located close to the airport and not to far by car to Bavaro. The unit is really nice, even better than pictures depict. The unit can accommodate many people as each of the three bedrooms has its own inclusive bathroom. The unit is 2 kings and 2 single beds. Master has a king and slider off to the front of unit where the pool and patio area are located. Two additional guests feature 1 king and the other is 2 single beds. Both rooms open to an enclosed area that really is non usable. Check-in was fine however the Bellman told us that he would have someone spray our room for mosquitos, and this was not preformed as when we asked the front desk based on it being a privately owned unit, we were on our own. The Mosquitos were ridiculous! The unit was filled with them upon arrival but we bought some spray and made sure to try and keep all doors closed, so it would limit them from coming in. Unfortunately because your right on the water, there isn't much you can do about the mosquitos! The unit is a corner unit and has the majority of pool area for the semi-private pool. The unit is really beautiful and decorated very nicely. The area (Cap Cana) is very slow almost abandoned. If your looking for fast paced this is definitely not the place to be, however, I was told that they are busier other times of the year. Many of the buildings in the adjacent hotel are just shells with beautiful exteriors but unfinished insides. There are a few restaurants in Cap Cana, the local Italian place that is privately owned and walking distance from our room was our favorite. Ricardo was very helpful and prompt every time I reached out, whether it was prior to our arrival or during. There were a few issues that I believe should've been addresses which were: the safe doesn't work, so it shouldn't be listed as a feature, the water source to the refrigerator should've been mentioned as I didn't buy water based on thinking I would have fresh water but was later advised that the unit was broken and the worst was the construction! They are finishing the hotel directly next to the unit and they work 7 days a week from 7 am to 6 pm. The construction will stop but it currently is in full force and literally within a few feet from this unit, so you hear it all day long! The few negative aspects are nothing compared to the overall unit and Richardo. I would highly recommend using him and booking this unit as it is beautiful! We spent nine days there and it felt like home. Plenty of space and all the amenities needed plus the semi-private pool and view of the Marina are outstanding, it feels like your in Venice. Enjoy!
