The space
This private three-villa estate is arranged as three neighboring villas rather than one oversized home. This setup allows up to 48 guests to stay close, gather as one group and still have separate spaces to step away and recharge.
- Villa One: 8 bedrooms for up to 16 guests
- Villa Two: 10 bedrooms for up to 20 guests
- Villa Three: 6 bedrooms for up to 12 guests
Together, the three villas provide 24 bedrooms for up to 48 guests. This layout works especially well for multigenerational families, golf groups and retreats that want to stay together without placing everyone under one roof.
Villa Two serves as the social center of the estate. Its covered terrace can seat up to 48 guests for dinner, allowing everyone to share the same table instead of splitting the group between villas.
Each villa has its own private pool and Jacuzzi. Contemporary multi-level architecture, balconies, tropical landscaping and spacious pool decks give guests several places to swim, relax and spend time outdoors.
Guest interaction
Your stay includes a dedicated 13-person team supporting your group across all three villas, with meals, housekeeping and day-to-day service handled throughout your stay.
- 3 chefs. Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for your group at the estate. Groceries are not included.
- 3 butlers. Assist with drinks, meal service and day-to-day support throughout the estate.
- 6 housekeepers. Provide regular cleaning across all three villas, make the beds and refresh towels and bed linens. Linen changes are typically provided every third day. Personal laundry is not included.
- Villa manager. Serves as your main point of contact throughout the stay, welcomes your group on arrival, handles check-in and assists with questions, logistics and additional services.
Neighborhood
This private three-villa estate is located in a quiet residential area inside gated Cap Cana on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic, close to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada Golf Club. The setting combines the privacy of a villa neighborhood with convenient access to the wider resort.
- Within Cap Cana, guests can visit Juanillo Beach and Api Beach, explore Marina Cap Cana and its restaurants, or spend the day at Scape Park, beach clubs, tennis and padel facilities, and other outdoor attractions.
- Six golf carts are included for shorter trips around the resort, while private transportation is recommended for airport transfers and destinations outside Cap Cana.
Cap Cana is approximately 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. Golf, beach clubs, dining and other activities are not included with the estate and may require reservations or additional fees.
Getting around
For outings involving the entire group or destinations farther from the estate, private vans are a practical option.
