King-size bed
This comfortable and family-friendly condo in Punta Cana features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other features two full-size beds. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub. The second bathroom is not adjacent to the bedrooms but has a toilet and bathtub. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans.
The apartment is ideal for up to 5 people: 2 people can sleep in each bedroom, and the fifth person can sleep on the sofa in the living room (pay attention: it is not a sofa bed, but just a typical sofa large enough for one person to sleep there).

We are proud of the unique location of this apartment: in the center of Bavaro, on the territory of the secure gated community. This location offers all you need for a comfortable stay!
- Only residents with special passes can access the community. We will issue special temporary passes for you. Please send us your ID/passport in advance so we can issue the passes.
- Please take into account that ELECTRICITY IS PAID EXTRA. During your check-in and check-out, we will collect the data together and show you the difference that should be covered. We charge 22 pesos per 1 kilowatt. You pay only for what you consume.
- Some photos of the apartment in the photo gallery were taken by a professional photographer with a professional camera: illumination and color tones may differ slightly from the real ones.
- Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
- We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.
- We fumigate the apartment regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you entirely from the local fauna. Please let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the apartment, and we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
- Excursions, transportation, and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
- Please mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special event, please let me know beforehand.
- Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with the policies on our website. Please ensure you know the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
During check-in we kindly ask our guests to pay $300 deposit. During check out, after we checked the difference, we returned it to the guests.

We had a fantastic time in DR. Although there were several highlights from the trip, the most important note was the host's willingness to transport (not complementary) us around the city. This was important because we had friends at the hard rock (about 10 minutes away from the Airbnb) and public transport is hard to come by. The host was available at literally all hours of the day. With respect to the place, the flat was amazing. Great views and everything is within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store. If you're a fan of DR, you can't go wrong with this listing.

I think the host tried too much. It was nice that he sent all the notices that he did, but it was a little too much for my taste. The listing was nice as expected. The electricity is very high, they should had given more information about it in the listing. Also the check out was too rigid. The host came half an hour before we had to leave, just to make sure we were going to leave on time. It felt pushy. We knew we had to leave at 12pm, but having a person wait for you felt uncomfortable. Overall we did like our stay, it was a very peaceful place and had very beautiful views as published.

His advice on the excursions was really wonderful, and overall contributed to make our stay in DR and in his apartment a really spacial and memorable experience. Place is great! Make you feel at home! Vasiliy is a great host! We booked several excursions with him and he went out of his way to make sure he introduced the tour guide to us at 6:45am! That made us feel safe with any business he offers!
