The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓

I have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Just returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. I can confidently say that our stay at the waterfall villa was an absolute delight. The beauty of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. This place is a true gem. During our stay, we ate out twice and cooked at the house the rest of the time. There is some basic kitchenware available, but it’s a good idea to bring some additional supplies if needed. The property is quite spacious and perfect for a family mini-vacation. There are three rooms with two bathrooms on one side, and on the other side, across the living room, there is a fourth room with a bathroom, we did not use all of them (we were a group of 5) but it would be nice for a bigger company too. It was nice having AC in all the rooms, including the living room, as it could get a bit hot during the days. We really enjoyed the beach and shops around, there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use, which was nice. The beach is fantastic, although it can be quite wavy. We also appreciated having a pool to use after our beach time. The location is ideal, as it’s a short distance from downtown Punta Cana, we went to Coco Bongo night club and enjoyed the show, and on the other day went for a nice dinner at SBG restaurant (their pasta is to die for!). While Vasiliy was not present during our stay, the guys on site were really friendly and accommodating, and Vasiliy was always quick to respond to our messages.... Show all ↓

Our visit to Punta Cana was awesome, and in no small part because of this home, and Nadia's team. We travelled with 2 children (7 and 4) and they had a blast in the pool and really enjoyed the novelty of the waterfall! The golf course community felt very private and safe and was in close proximity to several great restaurants and beaches. What made our trip truly special was the care Nadia's team took of us leading up to and during our trip. Specifically wonderful were Asya who helped us coordinate two great excursions (dolphins and boat trip) and Sobeida who cleaned the property daily (and really was a sweetheart with my kids). I would highly recommend renting a car while visiting this property as the walk to the gate and security does limit you a bit. Grocery stores are close, but not really walkable (even for us New Yorkers), same for beaches.

Es war alles super! Der Stuff war sehr net. Lage top! Alles sauber auch schöner Strand. Kommuntikation war okey. Das einzigste was schade war, dass das Internet nicht so gut war. Daher mussten wir leider teilweise selber ein Paket dazukaufen sonst absolut empfehlenswert!

Really great place. The views are just like in pictures or even better. Very responsive and helpful host. Having a property manager help with check in and check out was very helpful. Minor issues with sink and opening windows. Only thing I wish there was available was elevator. With family, we had lot of bags and it was difficult to take it to floor with about 35-40 stairs but otherwise everything else was great. Would definitely stay back at same place if we were to come again.

Great place for two people. Works really well for me and my husband. The location was perfect, steps from the beach, and in a walking distance to many restaurants, in town and right on the beach. About 25 minute walk on the beach is the jellyfish one of more upscale, seafood restaurants. Within 15 minutes there are other couple of restaurants on the beach if you walk in the opposite direction. The beach umbrellas, the one’s made from the palm tree leaves always available, as well as the beach chairs. Pretty minimalistic kitchen, not for any extensive cooking, but we made a few breakfasts and lunches there with no problem. The induction stove is actually pretty cool. Also, there is a blender to make your own smoothies. Ника Nika, our host was very kind and helpful, always available. She addressed our request literally within minutes. Great experience overall.
