My friends recommended me this company for my vacation in Punta Cana, and I am grateful for this, as their managers helped me to plan everything from the transfer to the villa I rented through them to the private excursions and massages. It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Show all ↓

Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

I stayed at this penthouse for just one night, and it was perfect for me. Everything was clean and ready, although I asked for an early check-in. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breathtaking, and the apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Gracias!

Ocean view is absolutely amazing!!! The color of water is something I’ve barely seen anywhere else.
Location is also a big advantage. It’s directly on the beach. You open the door, and you’re right at the ocean’s edge. There are many restaurants and shops around, including a small café just 5 meters away.
Apartment is spacious and looks recently renovated. Everything was clean. Nadia and her team was nice and helpful and I haven't had any issues.
A few important points:
Mosquitoes can be a small issue if you plan to eat outdoors in the evenings. I’d recommend bringing mosquito repellent with you, as it’s easier than trying to find it here. Also, local people selling tours on the street may be a bit persistent, but I was just telling them that I had already booked everything.
It’s a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the ocean and like to eat good food.

The best thing about this apartment is the stunning view; it was worth it alone. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was quick and welcoming. We would happily stay again for a longer period.

We loved the apartment! The views of the beach are absolutely stunning and the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's a pity we weren't there for long, I'll definitely come back. The location is fantastic, close to cafes, beach restaurants, and everything you might need. Plus, the communication with the host was super quick and easy. They were very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
