Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

Hard Rock punta Cana resort estuve en el mes de Mayo la pasamos muy bien, celebramos la bodas de mi hija muy buena atenciones un buen servicio y todas las habitaciones muy limpias y todos el hotel, en el restaurante muy buenas comidas especialmente el Toro restaurante y el Ciao restaurante, las atenciones de Orlando Herrera fueron excelente en esos dos restaurante que más visité. Attended a friends hen party. Great night, comparing it to the one in playa del carmen venue much much smaller, if can stretch get gold or VIP very cramped in standard section standing up. Drinks decent quality plenty Strong enough. Advisable to book via your hotel as it comes with transport. If your coco bongos rep won’t translate the instructions into English as ours wouldn’t ask the other passengers to translate for you as pick up times are strict they will not wait

Our stay was incredible. The ocean views and sunset’s were amazing. There are so many activities to do in Punta Cana and especially on the Beach front. Our Taxi driver got lost on the way to Nadia’s, and her helpful staff, drove to find us and guide us to the unit. We will definitely be back.

Firstly got to thank Vasiliy, he is a terrific host, great communication, he at the end of the phone and immediate response 7 days a week. We asked for a couple of kitchen items and they with us in matter of hours. Location of this apartment is 5 stars right on the beach, next to a super little restaurant, L’Osteria where we had lunch on 3 occasions, yummy on all visits. Apartment comes with private sun beds which is very useful. The air conditioning is just ok, but as Vasiliy recommends just opening all doors and windows allows a wonderful breeze to blow through. The apartment interior is alittle tired but balcony and super view and it so close to beach makes for a great holiday. Also got to mention the apartment comes with a big drinking water tank which was replaced with new one half way through our holiday, lovely cold water. Just one moan the WiFi went down on last three days of hols, Vasiliy informed us whole building down which was a shame. Visit Citrus Fusion great restaurant.
