My friends recommended me this company for my vacation in Punta Cana, and I am grateful for this, as their managers helped me to plan everything from the transfer to the villa I rented through them to the private excursions and massages. It was a great vacation! We loved the ocean view from the balcony, and it was hard to say goodbye to it. We will definitely miss it! The staff was so helpful and gave us so many nice recommendations, I guess without them we wouldn't be able to explore Punta Cana so well.... Show all ↓

Beautiful location and amazing views. The property itself was fantastic. However, I would like to point out some of the issues we encountered. It was difficult to access the property with the double gates. This made it difficult to greet guests and to go in and out. The other issue was noise level until 4am with a club adjacent to the home and the other tenants on the floors below. Other than that, this place is one of a kind. A true gem.... Show all ↓

The house is probably the prettiest in Cocotal golf club-it definitely stands out in comparison to the other homes! Villa Waterfall has a great pool and doors open from the sitting room to the pool. One downside are the couches which are a faux leather material in the case of water coming inside. Wasn’t the most “cozy” when wanting to lounge! The bedrooms are all the same with an open air bathroom and shower, in case someone is wanting privacy, this is not your house! We were fine with the setup. Our young children needed baths but no baths in the 4 rooms. Sobveh the house attendant was there daily from 9-6 and was wonderful! We loved her. She does all dishes, cleans, launders. She didn’t speak English so we spoke in Spanish to her. The house staff manager was helpful when we had a need arise—solved our minor issues. Overall we really liked the house and would recommend for families staying with older children.... Show all ↓
Mark USI have stayed at this property several times. The location is perfect with the beach, convenience store and restaurants. The cleaning crew, staff and owner is absolutely great. The rooms are always clean, and when something is needed the response and service is fast. I have never had to wait for the transportation as it has always been on time. Definitely recommended!... Cec GBJust returned from a fab time at the occidental resort in Punta Cana the hotel is great rooms and surrounding areas of the resort were kept spotless had no probs with our room apart from having to wait for towels I guess is such a large resort housekeeping can become very busy. There were lots to do on the resort lots of activities for adults and children staff were helpful and friendly big thank you to Jose Matos and his staff at the buffet restaurant who helped to make my daughter’s special birthday enjoyable they decorated her room with birthday greetings and a cake thank you to other staff at the resort restaurants. A big thank you. The food was nice and plentiful lots of refreshments /cocktails available great choice of restaurants also the beach bar had a good selection of snacks I recommend the Dominican restaurant beach is nice also the pool areas enjoy night time entertainment and shows the Micheal Jackson show was spectacular. This was the best all inclusive holiday resort I ever stayed at I read the other reviews before I booked from the moment I arrived at the resort I could see that our stay would be enjoyable I have no negative comments on the staff and resort it’s the best so don’t be put off by some of the reviews.. We will be recommending also returning some time soon to the occidental resort. Hope you all have a enjoyable stay like us 👌... Show all ↓

We had an amazing time at the waterfall villa! The villa is gorgeous and well worth the price. It has a very tropical feel and the rooms got nice and cool. Vasiliy and his team were very responsive. Our maid Sobieda was very helpful and super nice. She definitely made it feel homier. The location is great, very close to everything. Highly recommend booking excursions through the Vasiliy as well. Our private trip to Saona Island was one of the highlights of the trip!

This place is worth what it is listed for, there were some issues like the fridge and to be fixed twice while we were there. the soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty. A couple drawers on the cupboard needed repair. We were hosted by Nomar and he did a great job responding to the fridge situation. The house itself was cozy. 5 of us stayed there and it didn't feel cluttered. Make sure you are renting a vehicle if you stay here, it is close to town but it is the cheaper and better option to rent so you can move when you want.

The commutation was swift from checkin to check out. Amazing location on the beach! I miss the breeze on my face and the scenic view while have my breakfast. Apartment is as described and Nomar took care of our every need setting up reservations and transportation. He was attentive and helpful with our bags upon checkout. The other guests loved the apartment and it was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday. There are two restaurants directly beside the apartment which is convenient (food was excellent)! Walkable to mini supermarkets and restaurants. I’ve been to Los Corales two other times and this is the best Airbnb I’ve booked. Dont hesitate, you will not regret the beautiful sunrise and sunset view. I will book again when coming with a group!

The house is beautiful- right on the beach. The views are amazing! There is plenty of space- the deck is great- we loved sitting out there in the late afternoon. The upper deck is beautiful but hot. There are a few restaurants close by- be sure to try Jellyfish (down the beach) and Soles (right next door).
Soles next door is also a disco on the weekend so the music can be loud and late.
Nadia is very attentive and always answered my questions promptly. Nomar was also helpful with excursions and restaurant recommendations.
We would definitely stay here again!

The stay was amazing, Punta Cana is beautiful and the apartment was amazing. Great views and plenty to do in that portion of beach. The host Vasilly was helpful in setting up transportation and excursions and the greeter Nomar made us feel comfortable and gave above and beyond service for the entire stay. If you are looking for a tropical getaway you can't go wrong with this location and host!

The entire process was so smooth. Our family really loved the place. Nomar, Joselyn and all the Staff were great. Will definitely recommend and revisit. Cesar and May took care of all the excursion according to our schedule.
Felt like home away from home. Good job everyone from reservation to check out. We spent a week and had great time.
