The space
Reminiscent of a luxury Miami-style mansion, this villa is the essence of modern minimalism combined with stunning ocean views! The villa was completely renovated in the fall of 2023 – new bathrooms, bar, kitchen, cabinetry and a covered rooftop terrace.
The villa has light interior and design
Walk in luxury as this villa beckons you with its grand black double doors. The ground floor (UK: first floor) features a games room, bar, and private HEATED pool, creating the perfect entertaining area. Challenge friends to a poker game, show off your skills on the pool table, or enjoy a lively game of ping pong.
Relax at the bar (drinks not included), sink into the sof,a and play on the TV. Step outside to your private courtyard-style pool with a cascading waterfall, pool deck and sun loungers.

Head up to the 2nd floor (UK: 1st floor) to discover the main open plan living and dining area that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals and for added luxury a private chef is included (food and drinks not included).
Dine al fresco on the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean or head up to the 3rd floor to find another outdoor dining area and kitchen/BBQ with even more spectacular views. Villa Pandora is a sanctuary of luxury and relaxation, promising an unforgettable holiday in paradise.
NOTE: Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the villa requires climbing several flights of stairs as there is no lift.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 8 bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the third floor. Total of 12 beds – 4 king size double beds, 8 single beds (2 single beds can be converted into 1 king size bed with a comfortable top mattress) for 16 people.
- Bedroom 1 (3rd floor): Master bedroom with 1 king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a large balcony with sun loungers and ocean views.
- Bedroom 2 (3rd floor): Second master bedroom with 1 king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a large balcony with sun loungers and ocean views.
- Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) with 1 king size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a small balcony with pool views.
- Bedroom 4 (2nd floor) with 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king size bed with a comfortable mattress), air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (2nd floor) with 2 single beds (can be converted into 1 king size bed with a comfortable mattress), air conditioning, TV, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.

During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- The English and Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

If you’re looking for an amazing stay with a group this is the place for you. I’ve been in at least 10 Villas between Punta Cana and Cap Cana and I must say this was one of the best. Proximity to the beach was amazing. Very close to almost anything you’d want to do in the area. I’ll definitely be back.

I just stayed at Pandora with 11 friends for my birthday and it was a great spacious house with just about everything you need. Special shoutout to the staff especially Mackenzie and chef Roidy. They were extremely professional, helpful, and really good at their jobs. As far as space, location, staff, and overall things to do it was amazing. Piero was also very helpful our whole time there he is the villa manager. I do want to be transparent as I try to be during any review. The villa price and the condition the house is in are a bit far apart in my opinion. However, overall the experience was great and relaxing and would definitely go back to this house. Would recommend for a large group that wants to stay together.

The staff at the villa were the best part of the trip. Very honest crew, they operate like a well oiled machine and are truly great people. Bryan (driver) and Makenzie (butler) are top tier. The chef (his name evades me) made food that was better than majority of the restaurants we went to. The maids (their names evade me) were such kind and pleasant people. They washed and folded our clothes and always kept the place clean. Porto was really responsive and always had our best interest at heart. Super reasonable and understanding team. I wish I could give them 10 stars. They are the epitome of quality customer service. Thank you Villa Pandora.

Amazing place. Went with a group of picky friends used to the best of everything for a birthday celebration. The villa was beautiful. Very well kept. The staff were absolutely first class. Amazing food daily prepared fresh by the chef - . The butler went out of his way to make sure everything we could want was taken care of. Let us check-in early/ check out late. Could not have been better.

The villa itself is stunning, with a private and intimate atmosphere that far exceeds the experience of staying at a nearby resort. The beachfront location offers breathtaking views, and the house is immaculately maintained, with all the amenities you could wish for. Each room is spacious and beautifully appointed, with cold air conditioning, providing a luxurious retreat after a day of enjoying the sun and sand.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had with Airbnb. Our property manager Piero made sure to reach out to us weeks in advance and was nice enough to organize our airport transfer as well as our excursions during our stay.
We also had the best housekeepers, chef, and on house staff during our stay. Mackenzie made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. Perfect 10 out of 10 rating. The house was beautiful, and cleaned on a daily basis. The pool felt nice to jump into and the beach was literally right outside our home.
I couldn't recommend a better place for your stay in Punta Cana!
