The villa includes a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and a villa manager. The space
This impressive 12,000 sq ft villa features 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, built over 3 levels (main level and 2 lower levels). The property also features a huge backyard and lawn surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation. The spacious grounds make this villa perfect for private events.
The interior design is very modern, with clean lines, great furnishings, high ceilings, light colors, lots of great design features and no unnecessary clutter. This is a place where you will feel welcome and relaxed.
The villa has a bright and very practical interior
The large terrace has several seating areas overlooking the pool and enclosed private garden. The pool has a wading area (shallow area) which is perfect if you have small children.
The outdoor kitchen and dining area is the heart of the villa, perfect for entertaining with friends, enjoying delicious food, fine wine and good conversation. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation, and your villa rental includes a private chef to prepare all your meals in the villa (food and drinks not included).
Place for dining inside the villa
From the kitchen/dining area, you have direct access to the covered pool deck. This is a semi-deck area with a small outdoor dining table, seating area, and pool chairs. Outdoor ceiling fans will keep you cool.
The formal living room is a beautiful space with several comfortable sofas and chairs. Open the large windows and step out onto the deck where you have another seating area on the sofa with ceiling fans if you prefer to sit right by the pool.
The covered terrace is ideal for gatherings with friends and family
Make some popcorn and enjoy movie nights in the TV/media room with a comfortable sofa. Your kids will love hanging out in this room!
The bedrooms:
This villa has 7 comfortable bedrooms spread over 2 different levels. In total, it has 13 beds – 1 king-size bed, 10 queen-size beds, and 2 twin beds for 14 people.
- Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Master suite with 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, access to a small terrace, TV, closet, seating area, private bathroom with shower and separate outdoor Jacuzzi.
- Bedroom 2 (Main Level) with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, small terrace, TV, closet, seating area, private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 (Main Level) with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, small terrace, TV, closet, seating area, private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (Main Level) with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, small terrace, TV, closet, seating area, private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (Main Level) with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, small terrace, TV, closet, sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 6 (Lower Level) with 2 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet/dresser, en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 7 (2nd Lower Level) with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet/dresser, en-suite bathroom with shower.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the villa (food and drinks are not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- Spanish-speaking maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- The English/Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Pre-arrival concierge services
Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
- House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge)

Casa de Campo Resort fee
Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:
- Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
- Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
- Children 0-4 – free.

- Altos de Chavon Mediterranean Village
- Dye Fore Golf Course (27-hole Pete Dye Course)
- Equestrian Center and Polo (lessons available)

Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.

Getting around
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 1 golf cart, which you can use to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!
