• We are proud of the unique location of this villa: in the center of Bavaro, on the territory of the secure gated community. This location offers all you need for a comfortable stay!
• Only residents with special passes can access the community. We will issue special temporary passes for you.
• The price of electricity is not included in the rental price. During your check-in and check-out we will note the electricity meter readings so that you pay the electricity consumed during your stay.
• Some photos of the villa in the photo gallery were made by a professional photographer with the professional camera: illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.
• Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the villa: we regularly change linens, décor and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
• We fumigate the villa regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the villa: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.
• Excursions, transportation and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
• Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special event, please, let me know beforehand.

Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation are carried out strictly in line with Airbnb policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.

This lovely residence is located right in the center of the world-famous golf club of Cocotal with its amazing views. Where else can you combine your vacation with improving your golf skills or taking a couple of lessons? Moreover, the residential complex features a small grocery store and a restaurant.

If you decide to take a break from your training, you can bask in the sun for a while on the amazing white-sand Bavaro beach not far from the residence (5 minutes driving). Enjoy your vacation and try various activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling, have a meal in a good company at international cuisine restaurants or a refreshing drink in one of numerous bars, go shopping, visit sports or massage centers.
