The Space
One of the two residences was completed in 2025: a 7-bedroom, two-story home built for high-comfort group stays and clean indoor-outdoor flow. High ceilings, large glass openings, and mature tropical landscaping keep the living areas bright, airy, and connected to the terraces and pool.
All bedrooms are set up for privacy with ensuite bathrooms and calm garden or pool-facing outlooks. The layout includes multiple lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and both indoor and al fresco dining zones that work well for chef service and hosting.
Outside, the private pool is surrounded by loungers and shaded seating. For downtime, there’s a dedicated cinema room with premium sound, and for training or maintenance workouts, an on-site fitness room with a treadmill, dumbbells, and an incline bench.
The second residence is an 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath, two-story home built for groups who want generous shared space and strong entertainment zones. Entry opens into a large main living room with modern finishes, Caribbean art, and ample seating.
Glass doors connect the interior to a wide terrace with a private pool, Jacuzzi, and multiple lounge areas facing lake and golf course views. Dining can be formal (seating for 16) or more casual poolside.
A dedicated bar area (beverages not included), a large TV, and a poker table make this a natural evening hub; a private bartender can be arranged for hosted nights and events. The kitchen is fully equipped and supports chef service (groceries not included) for easy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners on-property.
Upstairs, a dedicated games and lounge level includes foosball, billiards, and a secondary TV area – useful for keeping different ages and schedules entertained without competing for the main living space.

- Private Chef (Spanish-speaking). Prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be served at the villa. Groceries are not included. The chef may stay on-site in a separate staff area.
- Butler (English & Spanish-speaking). Serves food and drinks and supports day-to-day service around the home. The butler may stay on-site in a separate staff area.
- Housekeeping (Spanish-speaking). General cleaning, bed making, and laundering of towels/linens (typically every third day). Personal laundry service is not provided. The housekeeper may stay on-site in a separate staff area.
- On-site Villa Manager (English & Spanish-speaking). Your main point of contact for questions and in-stay coordination. The manager meets you on arrival, handles check-in, and is available daily throughout the stay.
