The space
This exclusive Caribbean retreat, consisting of two private villas, is located within the prestigious Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Set right on the Punta Espada golf course, these villas overlook holes 10, 11, and 17.
Cap Cana is a large, gated resort and residential community with 24-hour security. It’s one of the Dominican Republic’s most renowned destinations, favored by discerning travelers and celebrities, and regularly chosen as a filming location for Hollywood and Netflix productions. Here, you’ll find world-class amenities, pristine beaches, and a wealth of leisure activities, creating an idyllic setting for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.

- Within Cap Cana, you can enjoy Juanillo Beach—considered one of the Caribbean’s finest—and the Api Beach Club at the marina. The renowned Punta Espada golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, is just one of many highlights.
- Additional resort offerings include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, scenic running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024).
- You’ll also find mini markets, a large marina with dining and entertainment options, a casino, shops, fitness centers, and more. Just outside the resort, the Puntacana Shopping Village and Blue Mall Puntacana offer further shopping and dining opportunities.
- Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is conveniently located about 8 kilometers (5 miles) from the resort’s entrance, while Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is approximately a 3-hour drive away.
Your rental includes two golf touring carts for easy transportation around the resort.
The space:
This exclusive retreat comprises two distinctive villas, each offering its own unique style and ambiance. One is a 5-bedroom, 5½-bath, single-story residence measuring approximately 7,000 sq. ft., situated along the award-winning Punta Espada golf course (ranked #1 in the Caribbean) with exceptional views of one of the course’s signature holes.
The other is a 4-bedroom, 4½-bath, two-story residence spanning about 7,500 sq. ft., also positioned along the celebrated course and showcasing panoramic views of several holes as well as the Caribbean Sea.
First Villa
Both villas embrace a quintessentially tropical design, featuring elegant woodwork, traditional Dominican “Cana” palm leaf roofs, and high ceilings. Inside each villa, you’ll find an airy, open-concept living area, dining space, and kitchen, intentionally left open to welcome the warm Caribbean breeze.
While there are no enclosed walls or air conditioning in these common areas, ceiling fans and the natural ventilation provide comfort throughout the day and night. Retractable screens (weather curtains) can be lowered in the event of rain. Ample seating areas, including a cozy TV lounge, ensure plenty of room to relax, and one villa’s dining area can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.
Second Villa
Both kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances for preparing meals. However, you won’t need to lift a finger—your stay includes a private chef (groceries not included), ensuring a seamless and delightful culinary experience.
Step outside to each villa’s spacious pool area, complete with a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and a generously sized deck furnished with sunloungers and outdoor seating. From these vantage points, you can bask in lush golf course views, and in the case of the second villa, take in the magnificent sights of the Caribbean Sea.
The bedrooms:
One villa offers 5 bedrooms all on one level, each with air conditioning. The other villa provides 4 bedrooms split between two levels, each with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Villa One (5 Bedrooms):
- Primary Suite (downstairs): 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, private terrace.
- Bedroom 2 (downstairs): 1 King bed, air-conditioning, TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs): 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs): 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs): 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower.
Total beds: 8 (2 King, 6 Queen), sleeps 10.
Villa Two (4 Bedrooms):
- Primary Suite (upstairs): 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sofa seating area, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, private balcony offering golf and ocean views.
- Upstairs Bedroom: 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean.
- Downstairs Bedroom 1: 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sofa seating area, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, terrace.
- Downstairs Bedroom 2: 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, sofa seating area, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, terrace.
Total beds: 6 (2 King, 4 Queen), sleeps 10.

Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the villa (groceries not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks and meals and generally assist with housekeeping. The butler may live on-site in a separate living area.
- A Spanish-speaking maid will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash the towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. A housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager available during your stay, who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions or if you need services that you have not booked before arrival.
The manager will greet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.
