The roof top has a 6 seater dining area and a bbq
Another 6 seating diner area from the main balcony… lovely for outside dining experiences with fantastic sea breeze.

There willbe an actual meter read on arrival and again on the departure date and you will be charged what you consume
Guest access
There is a community pool shared between 18 condos. There is also a small gazebo for shade and a bbq to share with other residents.
However the private rooftop terrace has its own bbq and dining areas perfect for entertaining family and friends

this location is perfect! the apartment is spacious and very comfortable. just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of restaurants. the host is a beautiful spirit. I difiently recommend this location.

The condo is big and comfortable, great for a family or group of friends. Just a minute from the beach, and restaurants and stores are nearby as well. We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

I had a good experience with Michela. It was frustrating not properly understanding the address she provided. Overall, she was accommodating.

This location is absolutely great. Steps to the beach, all the amenities you need, beautiful rooftop view of ocean, and many more. Its a short walk to dining and not far from local night life. Our host Michaela was the best! She arranged transportation to and from the airport and responded immediately with one issue we had with the air, which was fixed in a matter of minutes (fuse blew). Overall I don't think there is a better place to stay if you have a larger group of people. Very spacious and accommodating.

Michaela was great! She arranged transportation from the airport for my family - driver met us at the airport in a new, super-clean mini bus. Michaela met us at the condo and gave us a full orientation of the place and the area, including some very helpful tips on good restaurants and the best beaches. We followed her advice and ended up spending almost all of our time at the beaches she recommended -- which were gorgeous. The condo itself is very large and comfortably slept our family of 6. It could use some updating and we had some electrical issues (a/c units cutting off, fridge not working). Michaela was very responsive and sent a technician to repair things, which was great considering it was a holiday weekend (Easter). Location is very central to a popular part of El Cortecito. Multiple supermarkets (BAM), restaurants (local and international), bars, gift shops, and fruit stands are right at the end of the street. The building is practically on the beach -- it's just 100m or so to the sand. We spent our first day on this beach but the rest of the week, we preferred some of the other beaches in the area, about a 15 min drive from the condo. This is a very family friendly condo and the building is also very family friendly.

The apartment was perfect, is huge and have everything you need for vacation, very close to the beach (just a few steps)... Don't think twice this one is the perfect place!
