Close to restaurants, supermarkets, and bars, we specialize in quality vacations and offer our guests more than 30 homes in different categories to best suit your needs. The Royal Oceanfront Luxury Beach House is one of them.
The dreamy three-bedroom oceanfront apartments come fully equipped for preparing those fresh fish terrace barbeques or just abundant tasty lunches overseeing the sea. You can find the numbers of the units on the living room photos and we invite you to share with, should you have any specific preference.
Start your day teasing your senses with a cup of exquisite Dominican coffee as you contemplate the sun rays dancing over the pristine water.

This is a private apartment in a building. The building is located in the beachfront property Playa Turquesa Ocean Club and on-site there are 2 adult and 2 kids pools + private beach zone with beach beds for guests + beach bar + supermarket + beach bar +24/7 security
Guest interaction
We have a lobby open from 8 am to 8 pm for with English speaking that staff is able to assist with transport / local knowledge, activities and any questions or queries you may have.

Dear guest, we´d like you to know that we treasure comfort and relax and we hope you respect it, too. Vacations mean a lot, so let´s make them special.
Important info:
Electricity in the area is charged per consumption at the end of your stay.
There is a security deposit of 500 USD paid upon arrival and returned at check-out.
Neighborhood
This is a centric and safe beachfront property located in one of the best Bávaro’s gastronomical areas and surrounded by many international restaurants, a few supermarkets, shops, beauty salons and activities centres.
Getting around
Guests usually don’t need a car when staying with us (however, there is a free parking available on-site). There is a supermarket on-site and many restaurants in the area and the beach is just a few meters away from your apartment with direct access.
We can help with activities arrangements and you’d be picked up directly at the lobby. There is also a bus stop right outside Playa Turquesa Ocean Club. On the other hand, if you’d like to explore on your own and have absolute freedom while doing it, we can assist with car rental arrangement.
If you’d like to be picked up at the airport, please, send us a message. We work with a partner company and will gladly assist you. (extra fee)
