The space
This villa has 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. The property is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in 3 of the 5 bedrooms and on the terrace. When you enter the villa, the space welcomes you with a beautiful indoor/outdoor space that includes green garden areas, a wooden walkway and plenty of natural light.
The interior of the villa is very pleasant and cozy
Downstairs you will find a living room with a comfortable seating area, a separate TV room, a kitchen, an indoor dining area and a guest bathroom. The villa’s decor is a mix of neutral and bright colors with plenty of natural elements that create a relaxed and homely atmosphere.
From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. The garden is completely surrounded by tropical palm trees that are a completely private oasis just for you.
A place to spend time with friends and family
Enjoy the spacious outdoor area with a covered terrace with a comfortable sofa and a separate outdoor dining area and BBQ. During the day, soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers by the pool, and when you need to cool off, simply take a dip in the cozy pool. For those lazy afternoons, take a nap in the hammock.
The bedrooms:
The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms – 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. There are 8 beds in total – 2 king-size double beds and 6 double beds for a total of 10 people.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs) with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Master suite with 1 king bed, high ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, TV, private bathroom with shower and access to a large private balcony.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 queen beds, air conditioning, closet, TV and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 1 king bed, air conditioning, closet, TV and private bathroom with shower.

Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
- House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge)

Casa de Campo Resort fee
Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:
- Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
- Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
- Children 0-4 – free.

- Dye Fore Golf Course (27-hole Pete Dye Course)
- Equestrian Center and Polo (lessons available)

Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.

This perfect villa is located at Casa de Campo Resort. It is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully styled village of Altos de Chavon.

Getting around
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 1 golf cart, which you can use to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!
Dye Fore Golf Course of Casa de Campo
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Mercedes 350 or Limousine). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
