Welcome to the villa located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, Dominican Republic. This beautiful villa has 5 rooms and 2 floors, completely renovated with new interior and exterior furniture in the fall of 2023. The villa is perfect for families who want to spend a nice, relaxing vacation in the Caribbean!

The villa has a private chef, daily housekeeping and a villa manager. Staying at here, you will receive a variety of exclusive 5-star services and access to the best amenities in the Caribbean, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses, restaurants and bars, Minitas Beach Club, Tennis Center, Equestrian Center, Shooting Range, Water Sports, Marina and much more. Enjoy an unforgettable Caribbean vacation filled with everything your heart desires!
The space
The first thing you will see when you enter through the beautiful double front doors of the villa is a large foyer with double height ceilings.
The open plan living and dining area is the heart of the villa with stunning 23ft ceilings and windows that give you plenty of natural light. The living area has a comfortable seating area with sofas, chairs and a TV. The dining table seats 10 and is a great place to enjoy “formal” dinners.
The villa has a bright and very practical interior
Off the living and dining area is a second living room with comfortable sofas, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. This living room can be closed off from the main living and dining area and is perfect if you need a quieter place to relax.
The kitchen is fully stocked and the villa has a private chef who will prepare all your meals during your holiday (food and drinks not included).

Open the large terrace doors in the living and dining areas and step out onto the outdoor terrace, pool and the surrounding tropical landscape. The large covered terrace features an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, an outdoor dining table and a TV area with comfortable sofas.
This is the perfect place to sunbathe, swim and relax. The pool also has an outdoor shower. In front of the villa there is also a green lawn with trees and palm trees where children can run and play.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 5 bedrooms with 7 beds – all with new furniture from autumn 2023. 3 king-size beds and 4 queen-size beds.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs) with 1 king-size bed, sofa, small balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 double king-size bed, sofa, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 1 king-size bed, desk and chair, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 queen-size beds, small terrace, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and private bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 2 queen-size beds, desk and chair, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and private bathroom with shower.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the villa (food and drinks are not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- Spanish-speaking maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Pre-arrival concierge services
Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
- House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge)

Casa de Campo Resort fee
Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:
- Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
- Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
- Children 0-4 – free.

- Altos de Chavon Mediterranean Village
- Dye Fore Golf Course (27-hole Pete Dye Course)
- Equestrian Center and Polo (lessons available)
- Hotel Fitness Center

- Marina with shops, restaurants, etc.
- Minitas Beach Club
- Racquet Center with tennis, paddle and pickleball

- Teeth of the Dog Golf Course (18-hole oceanfront Pete Dye course)
Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.

This perfect villa is located at Casa de Campo Resort. It is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully styled village of Altos de Chavon.

Getting around
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 1 golf cart, which you can use to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!
Dye Fore Golf Course of Casa de Campo
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Mercedes 350 or Limousine). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
