Recently renovated, Villa Barbara is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holidays with everything within 5-10 min away. Located in a quiet area of Cocotal, with a stunning private swimming pool, jacuzzi and a terrace overlooking the golf. There is also a Barbeque available in the garden!
The space
The villa in Bávaro has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, internet (Wi-Fi), paddle tennis court, jacuzzi, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, 4 fans.
Guest access
The whole villa is yours. There is no one else to share with. The swimming pool and garden are private. The property is located in Cocotal Golf & Country Club, 5 min away from the main entrance. Gated club with private security 24 hours. There is a free car park available at the property.
Punta Cana airport is just 25 min away and Bavaro beach (Los Corales) about 7 min from your villa.
Guest interaction
We have our own Guest Management Team that can arrange any activity even before your arrival so that everything is well planned. Boat Trips (Diving, Fishing, Snorkeling), Adventure days (Zipline, ATVs, Dolphin Show), Car/bike rentals, Transfers, night shows and more. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the relevant information to your arrival and stay in Punta Cana. You will be able to join us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any questions you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the property for a fee, where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, (Late check in is also possible for a small extra fee)

- Cleaning Fee. 30USD to be paid during the check out
- Electricity is charged at 20pesos/unit (kwh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one during the check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 3-7 USD per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
