If you want to have the most beautiful vacation in the calm and green area, I invite you to this perfect place! Be sure it’ll be a fantastic experience and you’ll feel yourself in true paradise in Villa Waterfall.

This beautiful and modern villa is situated at the main entrance of Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Within a walking distance of the residence (15 minutes walking) you will also find a grocery store. If you are looking for night entertainment, there are Dominican ‘DRINK POINT’, COCO BONGO SHOW&DISCO and the Cave’s disco ‘IMAGINE’ – all within 5-10 minutes by car.

Inside the Villa Waterfall, you will find a bright living room (a perfect place to relax), from where you can directly access a large patio with a BBQ area, a private pool with a beautiful waterfall, and a unique tropical garden.

There are speakers and spacious sofas to relax and feel at home. There is a large big dining table in the dining room with places for 12 people. In your dazzling private area, you can enjoy eating outside or a BBQ party with your family.

The large kitchen is fully equipped, so if you like to cook, you will have all you might need to create your culinary masterpieces. if you don’t want to cook, we also provide chef services and meal plans for every taste upon request (for an extra charge)!

Each luxury bedroom has its bathroom, a walk-in closet, and A/C.

Please send us copies of the passports/IDs of your group members to get access cards to the gated community. They will be ready for your check-in always when you send your documents beforehand. You might be asked for an ID for your first access.

We are always available to answer any questions you might have. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions. We will be happy to help you book transportation from and to the airport, as well as excursions, shopping, and other services. Chef service can be provided for an extra charge.

The check-in will be done by me or my assistant. We will provide you with all the necessary information and helpful advice about what to do and where to go – you will know everything about the best places to visit.

The rental price includes 9h maid service, WI-FI, Cable TV, and electricity!
Additional services, which can be provided (subject to availability and extra charges), include:

• A private chef is available with an additional daily cost of USD 150 and includes 3 meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Grocery is bought apart, and if you wish us to purchase the groceries for you, we usually charge 15% plus the total bill for this kind of service. You can buy groceries yourself, but it’s a long shot. We were aiming for the perfect service from the ground up.
• Private airport transfers from/to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ)
• In-villa Spa services
• Excursions (snorkeling, fishing, catamaran, swimming with dolphins, zip lines, etc.)
• Rental of moto/car

Our professionals learned the ropes a long time ago. We checked them and made sure they were always professional. So you can have the best time and the best emotions during your stay.

On arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a security deposit of $1500 in cash, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out

This lovely residence is located right in the center of the world-famous golf club of Cocotal and has amazing views. Where else can you combine your vacation with improving your golf skills or taking lessons?

Moreover, the residential complex features a small grocery store and a restaurant.

If you decide to take a break from your training, you can bask in the sun on the amazing white-sand Bavaro beach not far from the residence (5 minutes driving). Enjoy your holiday and try various activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling, have a meal in good company at international cuisine restaurants or a refreshing drink in one of the numerous bars, go shopping, and visit sports or massage centers.

Just across Cocotal’s entrance is a bus stop, or we can help you rent a car! We also organize shuttle service to and from the airport, to cafes/restaurants/night clubs at any time of the day and night. Feel free to ask for your shuttle at the most reasonable price.
