The space

Idyllically peaceful yet located in a strategic area, only few steps to the beach and 5 minutes walking from everything you might need: supermarkets, money exchange, souvenir shops, cafeterias, restaurants, night life,car rentals, etc.. Only 20 min. driving from the airport!
Spacious and bright with a Caribbean & Italian touch style, this Villa is a 850 sq.m. on 3 floors which is a complex consisting of two villas and each has: 3 BR, 4 BT, kitchen, living room, patio, garden, BBQ, parking.
First floor:
- big relaxing living room with big sofas & TV 49′ + A/C;
- dinning area;
- full Bathroom;
- kitchen with all the equipment for cooking and dining;
Second floor:
- 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed + bathroom + A/C + safe box;
- 1 bedroom with 2 queen size bed + bathroom + A/C;
- Balconies overlooking pool and yard.
Third floor:
- 1 ocean view bedroom with king size bed + bathroom + A/C;

Total price include: Maid 9h per day; fast WI-FI; satellite cable TV; water to drink per entire stay; private parking; private pool; security 24/7; access to the beach equipped with lounge chairs and umbrella!
The only additional costs it will be the electricity. It’s calculated upon use that you will do during your stay. At check-in we take the last number from the counter and at check-out will calculated by the difference. Electricity is a precious commodity here in the Dominican Republic that’s way we recommend our guests to turn everything off before leave the house.
Pets are allowed. No smoking inside but only outside

You’ll have access to the entire house with private yard and pool and also you’ll have access to a private beach “Los Corales”, which is about 20 meters from the Villa, equipped with chairs and umbrellas.

These villas are in the most perfect spot for a beach vacation. You can come and go to the beach all day long. Once the beach "patrol" remember that you are staying at "The Penthouse" you can get lounge chairs set right out for you as you arrive at the beach. I will say- I was hoping that since it is a private beach that there wouldn't be as many peddlers- but that wasn't the case. Brush up on your "no thank you's" and "I'm not interested's" LOL! There is a great pizzeria (Trattoria) in the neighborhood where you can get some great Gnocchi Bolognese and pizza. The neighboring restaurant (Joy) has delicious healthy popsicles! One word of warning!!!! There is an 18% charge to all credit card purchases in this area and also through the host- so bring lots of cash!!! Our host scheduled our transport to and from the airport and they were PROMPT and very inexpensive! Also, pack beach towels because we didn't and we had to use the same one's borrowed from the villas all week. There was a bit of a language barrier between us and our house cleaners- therefore we didn't have extra towels and had to continually request more trash bags- but these are minor details. We also were pleasantly surprised that the electric for the week for 14 people was very inexpensive. Some of us were very good to watch not using the AC and turning the hot water heater off promptly after showers- and some of us were not- still the electric was only $100 per villa for the week! I highly recommend these hosts for a stay in the DR. They will bend over backwards to make your stay as easy as possible! They are both very kind and nice people! Enjoy your stay here!

We were a group of 11 graduate students on spring break looking for a large house in Punta Cana near the beach rather than an all-inclusive resort. The Villas Gemelas were the perfect find for us! The location is fantastic - literally steps from the beach and a 5 minute walk to a market and nice restaurants. The villas themselves are great as well - very comfortable and large rooms, an amazing pool and backyard, grills, nice furniture, interesting art, lots of bathrooms, 2 fully stocked kitchens, etc. The pictures/description is spot-on. We were almost scammed a few times by other properties in the area, but Villas Gemelas exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was also great. Luca was available day and night for any questions we had, and the staff was frequently around for any cleaning needs. Our trip to Punta Cana wouldn't have been the same if we had stayed elsewhere and I'd HIGHLY recommend these villas for any large group looking for a great time in the DR.

The villa is just a few steps from the beach. The private pool is amazing and the rooms were all beautiful and clean. I loved the fact the all the rooms had a queen or a king bed. We had a group of five and it was the perfect villa for us. I also highly recommend hiring a chef for the day. The food was amazing and it made for such a nice experience. Lastly, I cannot thank Luca enough, for being such a great host. There was nothing he did not take care of, and was always on time and all details were taken care of.

We had the best time at the villa. Luca was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He responded to all of my texts quickly and arranged all of our transportation. The villa is a 30 second walk from a beautiful beach and near multiple great restaurants. Would 100% recommend.

Villas Gemelas really impressed us. The homes are top quality and beautifully furnished -- the pictures don't do them justice. We are a non-profit and held team meetings here; perfect setting to get work done. The property gave us opportunity to relax, grill outside, have pool parties, walk on the beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful, as were Giuseppe and Luca. One of my top AirBnB stays!!

We had the privilege of staying in both villas for a week. The villas comfortably accommodated all 12 of us, and the house amenities were more than expected. We had the gracious service of Griselda and Yanelis our entire stay. Talk about two women that went above and beyond everything that we could have expected. They made our stay that much more comfortable, and were available to us anytime we needed them. They helped not only in the villas, but also with anything we needed in town. Since it was our first time in the Dominican Republic this was beyond helpful. The property and villas were kept clean throughout our stay and were beautiful. The pool was perfect, and the beach was easily accessed with chair service until 6pm. We knew we would be paying for electricity, but the cost was about steeper than we imagined. All in all I would recommend anyone stay at these Villas!
