The space
Located in one of the quietest and private quarters of Casa de Campo, this villa offers a mind-calming view on the golf course submerged in lush interior gardens. Common areas have been redesigned “By Sambour” bringing the warmth of Colombian magic and the life of coral pigments to this enchanting Villa. It is the ideal vacation house to relax, exercise, dine with friends, and enjoy all Casa de Campo features.
This spectacular property is a luxurious 5-bedroom, single-level villa, which makes it very convenient for multi-generational families.
In the center of the exuberant main patio, guests can enjoy a colorful jungle sitting area. This is an ideal place to have drinks by the swimming pool, surrounded by nature, with inspiring views of the swimming pool and golf.
Overlooking the pool, the gazebo is a great place for working out with the Bowflex full gym set. It is also a great area for BBQ grilling and having lunch by the pool
The private island spot under the stars is ideal for dreaming and disconnecting under the stars. You’ll be surrounded by tall palm trees and beautiful outdoor lighting. From here, you have a great view of the villa, especially at night time.
DOWNSTAIRS:
The villa has only one floor (level), which makes it super easy and convenient for guests of all ages and families traveling with small children.
The large living room is airconditioned and has a very comfortable setup. The space is great for hot days when you are done with hot weather.
The main dining room is decorated with massive, Colombian chandeliers and has very high ceilings. An oversized credenza and vitrine complement a beautiful 14-seat dining table overlooking the main patio.
The villa has a large kitchen with a central island, double sink, a new 36-inch wide stove and oven, an extensive granite countertop, a large fridge, and a freezer. A cozy dining area and high ceilings complete the open kitchen, which has everything you need to prepare a lovely dinner.
This marvelous villa has 5 bedrooms:
Macondo Master Bedroom: Very spacious bedroom, carved mahogany king-size bed, 2 beautifully hand-carved mirrors with delicate silver leaf work, renaissance style chandelier, panoramic garden and golf view, sectional sofa, and coffee table.
The master bathroom is a spacious and luminous bathroom with a double sink, an open ceiling shower with an interior garden, a closed shower for rainy days, all marble floors and walls. Large mirrors.
Antioquia bedroom: 2 beautiful Queen size beds with antique frames. This bedroom has a balcony ideal for enjoying your morning coffee with a view. Very high wooden ceiling. The bathroom is an all-marble full bathroom with a glass door shower and lots of light.
Cartagena Bedroom: 2 full-size beds, beautiful hand-painted armoire, wide windows with garden view. TV with Amazon firestick. Very high wooden ceiling. The bathroom is an all-marble bathroom with a glass door shower.
Cali Bedroom: King size bed and very high ceiling. This bedroom has a garden view. The bathroom is an all-marble bathroom with a glass door shower.
Magdalena Bedroom: 2 full-size beds, spacious, wide windows with garden view, and very high wooden ceiling. The bathroom is an all-marble bathroom with a glass door shower.

VILLA STAFF:
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a maid included. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels, and linens.
You’ll also have a villa manager during your stay. This is your go-to person for anything you need during your stay, e.g. transfers, excursions, reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, reservations for golf, tickets to events and nightclubs, etc. if you have not booked these prior to your arrival. Our villa managers speak English and Spanish as a minimum and will be on property to greet you when you arrive at the villa and available throughout your entire stay.
PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Private chef service
- Golf cart rental (for convenient transportation inside the resort; not for use on the golf courses)

Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.
Since it opened in La Romana almost 50 years ago as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. When you stay at the villa, you’ll have a golf touring cart included in the villa rental, which you can use for easy and convenient transportation inside Casa de Campo Resort, e.g. to go to the beach, marina, golf courses, etc.
Getting around
If you’re staying in Punta Cana, you might not really need a rental car. However, should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus, or luxury vehicle (e.g. Chevrolet Tahoe). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices, and availability.
