Welcome to this luxurious 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom single level villa located at Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, Dominican Republic, making it very family friendly for all ages. The villa comes with a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and a villa manager.

The space
This luxurious single level villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, making it very convenient for multi-generational families of all ages.
Enter the villa and find yourself in a beautiful entry hall that connects the entire home. The large living room features high vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and a beautiful chandelier, a sitting area with a double sofa, custom built-in furniture and a TV.
Open the large sliding windows that give you direct access to the outdoor pool area. The villa has a great outdoor indoor living and dining area with a bar (drinks not included), TV, games and a unique Japanese Teppanyaki grill (food not included). This is a great “entertainment area” where you can have fun with family and friends.
Place for dining inside the villa
The formal indoor dining room is an elegant space with a unique chandelier and an impressive dining table that seats 12 on plush dining chairs. It is the perfect place for formal dinners. The covered outdoor terrace also has a dining table if you prefer a more casual dining experience.
The spacious kitchen with island and marble countertops is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation. The villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (food and drinks not included)!
Seating area overlooking private pool and garden
Enjoy a private pool and jacuzzi with a large pool deck and furnished sundeck, a huge private backyard with a large lawn. If you are traveling with children, they will love playing in the backyard.
The villa is furnished with modern furniture, unique decor pieces and artwork. Enjoy this private oasis, spend your days in and around the pool and soak up the sun by the pool.
The bedrooms:
This villa has 5 spacious bedrooms. There are a total of 9 king-size beds for 10 people. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a TV.
- Master bedroom with 1 king-size four-poster bed, high vaulted ceiling, sitting area on the sofa, closet and dresser, and en-suite bathroom with double vanities (2 sinks), shower and private zen garden with outdoor shower and bathtub.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 king-size beds, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and small furnished garden patio.
- 3rd bedroom with 2 king-size beds, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and small furnished garden patio.
- 4th bedroom with 2 king-size beds, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and small furnished garden patio.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your own Spanish-speaking chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the villa (food and drinks are not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
- Spanish-speaking maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
- House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge)

Casa de Campo Resort fee
Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:
- Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
- Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
- Children 0-4 – free.

- Dye Fore Golf Course (27-hole Pete Dye Course)
- Equestrian Center and Polo (lessons available)
- Hotel Fitness Center

Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.

This perfect villa is located at Casa de Campo Resort. It is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully styled village of Altos de Chavon.

Getting around
When you stay at the villa, you’ll have 1 golf cart, which you can use to get around Casa de Campo Resort (not for use on the golf courses). Should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!
Dye Fore Golf Course of Casa de Campo
If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Mercedes 350 or Limousine). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.

Beautiful property in a great location. Very clean. Nice to have all restaurants, golf, and beaches within a golf cart drive (15 minutes max) great safe way to get around on what felt like your own private resort. Would definitely come back.
