The space
This luxurious modern penthouse is located in one of the most secure gated residences of Bavaro and features access to a private beach and two swimming pools.
This two-level penthouse is ideal for up to 6 people. Its master bedroom with an adjacent bathroom features a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and a queen-size bed. There is also a sofa (not a sofa bed) in a living room. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. Hot water is available.
There is cable TV and WiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities: a coffee-maker, a toaster, a blender, a microwave oven, a stove and a fridge. It boasts new and beautiful kitchen- and tableware.
The gemstone of the penthouse is its spacious private terrace with chaise-lounges (no sea view).
You can also enjoy yourself basking in the sun and swimming in one of two swimming pools in the common area.
Please, mind that we are pet-friendly and welcome your pets at our residence, however, it is not allowed to take them to the swimming pools or the beach.

2. The price of electricity is not included in the rental price. During your check-in and check-out we will note the electricity meter readings so that you pay the electricity consumed during your stay.
3. Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the apartment: we regularly change linens, décor and equipment so that you feel comfortable.
4. Excursions, transportation and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.
5. Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation are carried out strictly in line with Airbnb policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.
