Welcome to this villa located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Situated on the La Cana Golf Course (Hacienda) overlooking the lake and golf course, the villa features 2 floors, 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a large backyard and lawn that slopes down to the lake. The villa includes a private chef, daily housekeeping, and a villa manager.

The space
This is a spacious 2-story villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, a large backyard and lawn that slopes down to the lake. NOTE: The lake is not for recreational use such as swimming, boating, etc.
Enter through the front door adorned with striking white double doors and step into a sophisticated living room with several cozy seating areas. Open the patio doors to access the covered patio, pool, and adjacent pool deck.
The living room is huge, bright and spacious
The enclosed dining room provides a comfortable setting to enjoy meals. Off the dining room is a small deck that is perfect for prepping appetizers or pre-dinner cocktails. You can also open the patio doors to the pool for a casual meal by the pool.
The spacious kitchen is perfect for a private chef, and this villa has a chef who will prepare all your meals in the villa (food and drinks not included)!
Relax and enjoy a good movie or your favorite show in the TV room with comfortable leather sofas with individual reclining seats.
There is a big dining table for everyone
The villa offers a relaxed atmosphere with all the comforts of home and is a great place to spend time with family and friends.
The villa also has a lakeside terrace, perfect if you want to sit back, relax and enjoy the lake view.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 5 bedrooms – 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. There are 8 beds in total – 2 king beds, 4 queen beds and 2 single beds for 10 people.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The master suite features 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, sofa, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanities, and a private balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and lake.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) features 1 king-size bed, air conditioning, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool, backyard, and lake.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) features 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony overlooking the green areas in front of the villa.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) features 2 single beds, air conditioning, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and windows overlooking the green areas in front of the villa.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs) features 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning, closet, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanities, and a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

There is currently no resort fee, but separate fees do apply for the use of the following facilities and amenities at the resort:
- CORALES oceanside golf course (18 holes);
- LA CANA oceanside golf course (27 holes);
- Equestrian center;
- Los Tres Ojos ecological reserve and lagoons;
- Marina;
- Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center;
- Playa Blanca Beach Club;
- Playa Serena beach;
- Restaurants & bars;
- The Spa;
- Water sports and more.
NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.
The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.
- The Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.
Other things to note
Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e., they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Rental cars and other transportation
- Golf cart rental (for convenient transportation inside the resort; not for use on the golf courses)
- Chef service (personal chef)
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (catamaran, deep-sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
- Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
- All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
- House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge)
You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.
KOSHER:
This villa is kosher certified by Rabbi Shimon Pelman in the Dominican Republic.
The villa can be rented for Kosher Clients, with everything Kosher. Please note that a supplement of USD 400 per day will will be charged to have the villa Kosher ready.
