The space
This gorgeous 8-bedroom villa has 2 levels with a large pool-side terrace, balconies and a rooftop terrace. You can enjoy your private swimming pool & jacuzzi and outdoor dining room – perfect for those tropical dinners with your family & friends. The interior is kept in a contemporary Scandinavian style with all-white furniture, which gives the space a clean and modern feel.
Downstairs
Our villa welcomes you through double front doors straight into the spacious and bright living- and dining room area, from where you have direct access to a large terrace, pool area, and tropical garden.
Huge living room for all your family members and friends
The living and dining rooms are the places to lounge and entertain. This space has a 60-inch flat-screen television with cable TV and large, roomy sofas where you can relax and feel at home. The formal dining room has a large dining table that comfortably seats 16 people. Or, if you want to dine more casually, you can enjoy your meals outside on the screened-in patio.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and designed for a real gourmet chef – included in your villa rental! Your chef is ready to prepare all your meals as requested and planned before your arrival, so you have less to worry about during your vacation. If you want to cook your meals, the chef must be present, as many kitchen items belong to him personally.

Upstairs
On the 2nd level, you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms with a large balcony with furniture where you can sit quietly and enjoy the incredible golf and lake views.
The upstairs area also has an office space with a desk and 3 office chairs located in a small nook in the hallway between the bedrooms. You will also find a pool table here.

The villa has 8 bedrooms – 6 inside the main house and 2 in the guest house. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 5 upstairs.

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and private rooftop balcony with lake and golf course views.
- Bedroom 3 (upstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs, main house) has 1 king bed, AC, TV, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and pool access.

Neighborhood
Punta Cana is the “tourist capital” of the Dominican Republic. Located on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, this destination is best known for its world-class beaches and golf courses. The area also has many interesting excursions and activities.
The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf Country Club, a resort and residential area with gated entrance and 24 hour security. The area is quiet and safe. This is a great place for families with children, relatives or friends.

Our stay was for a Bachelorette Party and it was AMAZING!! The villa managers Karen and David were very responsive, flexible, and made this process so much easier than I thought it would be. The staff at the villa was one of the best parts of our stay. We felt welcomed and our food was amazing. We had zero complaints and are already wishing we never left.

The villa is beautiful and spacious. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for everyone to either socialize or have some privacy. The staff was incredible. David went above and beyond and took care of reservations, transportation etc. Jordan made sure we were well cared for and the chef and kitchen staff served up some incredible local cuisine.

The property was excellent - it was large, big and a great location. Getting in and out through the security gate was extra work, but worth it.
The reason for 4 stars was the help. The property manager was forgetting things we asked for multiple times (e.g. we asked them to buy specific groceries multiple times and they never did, we asked them to pick up one guy from the airport and they said they have it handled but it turns out they did not and he had to uber). In addition, the transportation they provide is pretty expensive. The private chef was great and cooked well, and the place was always clean.
Additionally, at the end the property manager wouldn't even send us the itemized expenses and made us take pictures on his computer of it. So besides the private chef, the overall service was mediocre. However, the property was amazing

My business forum and I had a great time in the Dominican Republic. Karen was great to work with planning our trip, Juan was great to work with as our private driver and David was great to work with as our Villa Manager. Nelson, our concierge, made an amazing Pina colada and did a great job checking in on us when we were at the house. My only two negatives would have been the lack of heat in the hot tub (not all the time but sometimes we had very little heat) and the lack of hot water when showering. Other than that, service, food and the overall team and house were excellent.

The villa was amazing. From the cleanliness, to location, to amenities everything was perfect. David the villa manager was unbelievable - very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Nelson the butler is awesome as well. He helped us with anything we needed whenever we needed it. The staff of Martina and Judy kept the villa perfectly clean at all times and the chef Danny made amazing food and catered to any needs we had. Great trip, highly recommend!
