Located in Los Corales, just steps away from the sandy Bavaro beach, Ducassi building is the newest development in the area. It has a large rooftop swimming pool, 24 hours security and private parking. It is right in the heart of Bavaro steps away from all the restaurants, pubs and supermarket.
The space
It is exquisitely decorated, with all the details needed so that every guest feels like at home while being abroad. The apartment has capacity for 3 people.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, covered parking in the same building, 2 fans.
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, frying pan, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
Guest access
The whole apartments is yours. There is no one else to share with. The swimming pool is shared. The apartment is in Los Corales area, just a 2 min walk to the white sandy Bavaro beach with private access for our guests. Gated building with private security 24 hours. There is a free car park available at the property.
Guest interaction
We have our own Concierge Team that can arrange any activity even before your arrival so that everything is well planned. Boat Trips (Diving, Fishing, Snorkeling), Adventure days (Zipline, ATVs, Dolphin Show), Car/bike rentals, Transfers, night shows and more. As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the relevant information to your arrival and stay in Punta Cana. You will be able to join us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any questions you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up at the airport and bring you directly to the property for a fee, where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, (Late check in is also possible for a small extra fee)

- Towels-Bed linen-Wifi: included in the booking.
- Cleaning Fee. 10USD to be paid during the check out
- Electricity is charged at 18pesos/unit (kwh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one during the check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 3-7 USD per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!

Juan has been realy helpful and réactif , he even helped us choosing a diving school which we are realy happy with now. But I have to say that the flat was not clean when we arrived, the sheets were not changed , the floor was full of sand , the bin didnt even have a bag in it and the water smelled realy bad. When I told Juan he was realy sorry and offered other compensation which we are happy with.

Juan and Junior are always willing to attend your concerns. Both were amazing hosts. Very stylish apartament, comfortable, clean, perfect for couples. The highlight of the place for us: The apartment stays in a cool temperature most of the time through the day, even when you shut down the AC (so important due to the high temperature in Bavaro-Punta Cana) Thanks, Juan an Junior :)

We enjoyed our stay at Juan’s place in Bavaro. Everything was as good as it is in the description : close proximity to the beach and restaurants/bars, excellent accessibility by car and by bus, very cute apartment that is fully equipped. The available underground parking space and of course the roof swimming pool were the most impressive features of the AirBnB! We absolutely recommend this place and its owner, Juan, as he was always very responsive to our text message requests during our entire stay!

Superbe appartement avec un bon rapport qualité prix ! Il se situe à 5 minutes de la plage ! Et cela se fait ressentir dans la déco de l’appartement. Il y a un supermarché juste à côté et de petits restaurants avec des gens très accueillants ! Mon ami et moi avons passé un très bon séjour et Juan a été d’une hospitalité et d’une réactivité étonnante point qui est à relevé !
