Welcome to this villa located at the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This charming 2-story, 7,000 sq. ft. villa features 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths. The 5th bedroom was added in 2023/2024 and the villa was updated around the same time! The villa includes daily housekeeping and a villa manager.

The space
This charming 2 story 7000 sq ft villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths. The 5th bedroom was added in 2023/2024 and the villa was updated around the same time. You will feel right at home here and so relaxed staying at this villa.
As soon as you walk through the front door, the spacious living and dining areas instantly welcome you home. Tortuga is a great and very safe area where most people leave the front and patio doors open to let in the tropical breeze.
The living room is bright and spacious
The comfortable living room has new furniture and is a great place to watch TV and relax. Enjoy formal dinners at the dining table that is right off the kitchen.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook delicious meals during your vacation. However, if you don’t want to cook, you have the option to hire a personal chef for the duration of your stay!
Large terrace doors slide open to create an amazing indoor/outdoor living space. The spacious terrace is covered with a tropical Cana palm roof that keeps the space shaded and cool at all times.
Dining room inside the villa
This is a great place to dine and socialize with friends and family or relax in one of the hammocks. Jump in the newly renovated pool and/or have a champagne sip in the adjacent hot tub. The backyard is a lovely green area with lawn and palm trees overlooking the golf course.
Upstairs you will find several cozy indoor and outdoor seating areas. The large balcony at the back of the villa is enclosed and is a great place to relax and play cards or dominoes. There is also a small balcony at the front of the house overlooking the street.
The bedrooms:
The villa has 5 bedrooms – 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There are 7 beds in total – 2 king beds, 3 queen beds and 2 full beds.
- Bedroom 1 (upstairs): Master bedroom with 1 king bed, TV, closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with shower and double sinks, ALSO an outdoor hot tub and access to a covered balcony overlooking the pool and backyard.
- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 2 queen beds, TV, closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with shower and access to a covered balcony overlooking the pool and backyard.
- Bedroom 3 (downstairs) with 1 queen bed, TV, closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en suite bathroom with shower and access to a deck, pool and backyard.
- Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 double beds, TV, closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with shower.
- Bedroom 5 (downstairs) has a private entrance and features 1 king-size bed, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower.

There is currently no resort fee, but separate fees do apply for the use of the following facilities and amenities at the resort:

- Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center;

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.
The villa is located inside a private, gated resort. All villa guests must be registered with Puntacana Resort & Club before arrival. No outside guests are allowed.
Guest interaction
During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:
- The Spanish-speaking housekeeper who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
- You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:
- Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
- Spa treatments or in-villa massages
- Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
- Excursions (catamaran, deep-sea fishing, ATVs, zip lines, etc.)
