This Charming 1 Bedroom Condo is located in the heart of Bavaro in the only fishing village left in this stretch, a place called El Cortecito. Here in this lovely beach town is where Santa Maria del Mar is located.
The space
Beautiful condo located on the 2nd floor with wonderful views of the lush green gardens and pristine pool. Totally equipped with anything you would need for cooking from rice cooker to toaster oven. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. All brand new appliances. Everything meticulously taken care of. Brand new renovated bathroom.
Guest access
There is wifi in the community, three different hotspots to connect to all depending where you are in the community. The pool area and bbq area, great for small get togethers and dinners.
Other things to note
Please note that check in is between noon and 6pm, check out is at noon.
The electricity is charged separately. There will be a meter read on check in and again on check out. The difference is the kilowatts consumed. Each kilowatt is RD$15/ 25 cents. On average people consume around US$15 per week

As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, and the pics that Michaela posts are exactly what you get. The grounds are beautiful and very clean and so relaxing. I enjoyed going back to my condo after a day on the beach, or an evening out at one of the many nice restaurants. Excellent location to everything and very safe area to walk at anytime of day or night.

We had a lovely 3 week stay in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants and markets in short walking distance. We felt safe within the complex as well as when walking throughout the neighbourhood. Michaela was wonderful and always available when needed. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again!

When we arrived the taxi driver wasn't sure where the condos were, Michaela was kind enough to come out and find us. The condo was spacious and welcoming. I must say for the first time for me in airbnb history that the place was as described if not better. Michaela was available if there was anything wrong as things in the Dominican republic often do. A short walk to the beautiful beach; max 4 minutes. Food and stores were near by in a pleasant plaza down the street. After a fun day at the beach it was nice place to come back to a comfortable setting with a clean pool and hot shower. When I come back to Bavaro, I hope to stay here again. Thanks Michaela!

I had a great time staying at Michaela apt. It was super clean and nice and looked better than the pictures. Great location close to resturants and to the beach. very safe area. Michaela was an awesome host, she picked us up when we arrived and helped us with grocery shopping and any question we had. Will definitely stay here again if I will be in the area.
