Welcome to this 6-bedroom, 6 ½ bathroom, single-story villa located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, Dominican Republic, making it very family-friendly for all ages. The villa comes with a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping, and a villa manager.

The space

This beautiful single-story villa features 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. Step into the villa and you’ll find yourself in a beautiful living room with high vaulted ceilings and a comfortable sitting area. This space flows seamlessly into the outdoor area where you’ll likely spend most of your time!

The villa features multiple outdoor living areas, a bar area (drinks not included), and an outdoor kitchen with a unique Japanese Teppanyaki (Hibachi) grill (food not included). The living area and outdoor dining areas are enclosed, so you can enjoy the space day or night, rain or shine!

The formal indoor dining area overlooks the pool, and the windows can slide open to let in the breeze. This is the perfect retreat for elegant dinners. The terrace is the perfect spot if you prefer a more casual dining setting.

The villa has a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation, and the villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (groceries not included)!

The villa is furnished with comfortable modern huge furniture in Caribbean style. The interior design is free from unnecessary things and very welcoming. This villa is a great place for a wonderful and relaxing holiday with family and friends.

This villa has 6 large and comfortable bedrooms. There are 11 beds in total – 10 queen-size beds and 1 king-size bed for 12 people. Each bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a TV.

  • Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with 1 king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe/dresser and private terrace with garden views.
  • Bedroom 2 with 2 queen-size beds, en-suite bathroom, vaulted ceilings, wardrobe/dresser and access to the terrace and pool.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Casa de Campo Resort prior to arrival. No outside guests are allowed.

Guest interaction

During your stay at the villa, for your convenience, you will have access to:

  • Your own Spanish-speaking chef to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the villa (food and drinks are not included). The chef may reside in a separate living area.
  • Spanish-speaking maid who will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every third day). We do not offer a personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside in a separate living area.
  • The English/Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.
  • You will also have a villa manager who speaks English and Spanish. He/she will answer any questions and help with any services you may need. The villa manager will meet you upon arrival at the villa, check you in and will be available daily throughout your stay.

Once you book the villa, our in-house concierge will be at your service to assist you in planning your stay from A to Z. You may choose these additional services at your convenience. All services are subject to availability and extra charges, i.e. they are not included in the villa rental price:

  • Private airport transfers from Santo Domingo, La Romana and/or Punta Cana Airports
  • Rental cars and other transportation
  • Spa treatments or in-villa massages and other relaxing treatments
  • Golf tee time reservations with shared transportation
  • Excursions (yachts, fishing, ATVs, zipline, etc.)
  • Grocery shopping (cost price of groceries + 15% service charge)
  • All-inclusive meal plan for food & beverages consumed in the villa
  • House bar (cost price of bottles + 15% service charge)

Casa de Campo Resort fee

Villa rentals do not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort Fee, which is payable upon arrival at the resort:

  • Adults 12 and up – $25 per person, per night.
  • Children 4-12 – $12 per person, per night.
  • Children 0-4 – free.

The resort fee gives you access to the following Casa de Campo Resort amenities:

  • Altos de Chavon Mediterranean Village
  • Dye Fore Golf Course (27-hole Pete Dye Course)
  • Equestrian Center and Polo (lessons available)
  • Hotel Fitness Center

Please, note that separate fees apply for resort amenities, food and beverages at restaurants/bars, sporting events, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental price.

This perfect villa is located at Casa de Campo Resort. It is centrally located and gives easy access to all of Casa de Campo’s unique amenities, including Minitas Beach, the resort hotel, the shops and restaurants of the marina, and the beautifully styled village of Altos de Chavon.

Getting around

Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though the locals do not always practice them!
