OUTDOOR AREA:

This two-story villa consists of 2,000 square meters of land and 650 square meters of construction.

It features a spacious outdoor area perfect for quality time with your family. Both adults and children will find entertainment options to enjoy.

You’ll discover numerous seating areas, including a TV area, gazebo, and BBQ area for delightful dining experiences.

You’ll have access to a large sundeck with sun loungers, a spacious, clean swimming pool, and a jacuzzi with a heater for ultimate relaxation.

There are plenty of entertainment options for kids, such as a trampoline and children’s games, as well as ample green areas. For adults, there’s also a billiard table to diversify the leisure activities.

INDOOR AREA:

Upon entering the villa, you’ll be greeted by the spaciousness and brightness of the living area. The entire villa is furnished with refreshing marine decoration, creating a special atmosphere.

The living area offers plenty of seating areas, a TV zone, and a dining area for 10 people, perfect for enjoyable dinner gatherings.

You’ll find 5 beautifully equipped bedrooms, each with its private bathroom (toilet and shower), closets, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. All bedrooms are equipped with a television and offer cozy and comfortable sleeping accommodations to ensure you have a good rest after a day full of experiences. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while 3 bedrooms offer 2 full-size beds each, and one bedroom has two twin beds.

The villa boasts two fully equipped kitchens for your convenience. You’ll also have access to a washing machine and dryer, parking space, and a golf cart included to facilitate your exploration of the residence.

VILLA STAFF:

Your stay includes the services of a chef who will relieve you of the duty of preparing meals (groceries not included!), as well as a bartender. Additionally, there will be a maid on the villa premises to ensure cleanliness for your maximum comfort.

From the moment you book with us, a manager will be in touch to answer all your questions and can organize transportation, excursions, and other services for an excellent vacation in the Dominican Republic.

CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE:

The villa rental does not include the mandatory Casa de Campo Resort fee, which must be paid on arrival at the resort:

• Adults over 12 years old: US$ 25 per person per night
• Kids from 4-12 years old: US$ 15 per person per night
• Kids under 4 years old: FREE

The Resort Fee gives you access to the facilities and amenities of Casa de Campo Resort, including 3 Pete Dye golf courses*, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants & bars ($), use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool by the main hotel area & Minitas Beach, Altos de Chavon ($) and more. Food & beverages must be paid directly to the bar/restaurant and are never included in your villa rental ($). All sports activities and facilities have an additional fee, and facilities may be closed on certain days for private events, maintenance, etc. ($) *Guests do not have access to La Romana Country Club (private, members-only golf course).

On the arrival, we kindly ask our guests for a SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500, which will be returned to them on the day of check-out.

If you’re staying in Cap Cana, you might not really need a rental car. However, should you feel the need to rent a car, please know that it is perfectly safe to drive around town on your own – just keep your eyes open and be prepared for anything in traffic! Normal traffic rules and laws do apply even though they are not always practiced by the locals!

If you prefer to have someone drive you to where you need to go, we can provide reliable and comfortable transportation in e.g. a minivan, small bus or luxury vehicle (e.g. Chevrolet Tahoe). Please ask your villa manager for more information, prices and availability.
